CHAPTER THREE
The organization specifically the department on which performed the practical attachment has
following relevance;
13
To improve skill and communication.
I faced many problems, during I work this practical attachment the major ones mentioned as
follow as:-
During the first weak it is difficult to me adopting new work condition new environment.
At the beginning time they did not give me full freedom to do activities independently.
Shortage of some extra or additional working materials like chair and computers for trainers.
Lack of coordination among worker at first week.
I was try to adapt new environment and working condition gradually by studying behavior of
department member and sharing experience among them.
The organization should have to buy additional materials like chair that help for training.
The organization should given the opportunity for students to participate in a given activities
freely in order to improve their knowledge and producing self-confident professionals.
I asked my supervisor and senior employees in addition to some information to I get from head
office. I made self-sociable with the employees.
Recommendations
Nib international bank in kobo branch has to come up with new facilities and offers that will
attract more customers and help to ensure their loyal customers forever. Therefore they have to
ensure-
The working process is faster with better computers and operating systems.
14
Have to set ATM booths in merchant locations.
Attention can be given to customers to understand the customer's needs and better satisfy
them.
Ensure availability of Machineries
Ensure employee satisfaction
Continuing better relationships with customers
People are very well-informed about their wants and needs. They always want to
consume better services. As a service-based organization, NIB bank needs to introduce
better financial services.
Overall, it was a great experience working for the first time in Nib international bank and this
report has been prepared based on experience gathered during the period of internship. The
bank did not fix high responsibilities for interns. Mainly I have done many pending works of
the account opening section besides that I have done different types of tasks whenever I am
assigned.
Conclusion
As I mentioned above, practical attachment is probably one of the best ways to provide students
with practical learning. So that they get the opportunity to understand working culture, systems,
strategy, and operations and carry out different tasks in the organization. In this report, I try to
find out my practical dealings that are conducted in the case of handling various types of banking
activities and the procedures from the first to the last.
