Project Description:
Toyota is a manufacturing company they own have financial service as Toyota Financial services (TFS). It
has constructed a global network in which the markets Toyota sells its vehicles. Mainly concentrated on auto
loans, leases and Toyota dealer floorplan requirements, TFS provides auto sales financing to approximately 11.6
million customers, globally. Toyota Financial Service Corporation via its U.S. subsidiary "Toyota Motor Credit
Corporation" owns Toyota Financial Savings Bank, an ILC chartered bank in Henderson, NV. The company
requires different level of analysis regarding loan amount, type of customers, type of payment schedules, interest
rates, defaulters list and the penal interest calculations. At the end of every month, each of these systems
generates a report containing various information like inflows, outflows, assets, revenues etc. Data Mart collects
all these reports from various systems and prepares a consolidated report. The final report is then sent to Toyota
Financial Savings Bank, US.
The objective of the As-Maintained Database (AMDB) is to deliver a comprehensive as-maintained
database solution to store data from Support Assist and enable Pro-Support Super Offer reporting. This will allow
for reporting, support, and information exchange based on the current customer environment, rather than
potentially out of date as sold information, and will facilitate a proactive and predictive support environment.
