In November 18, 2020 the Science teachers of A. Mana-ay Elementary School conducted the short meeting
concerning on the Organization of the Science Teachers Committees. Teachers organized the committee incharge on the
two areas in Science Garden and the Herbal Graden.The meeting was done at the place were the teachers identified as the
place of rendering the duties and responsibilities while the school was still in the flooded situation.
In November 23, 2020 the two committees met again and does the planning in every areas they were assigned .The
teachers does the plaanning at the place were the teachers identified as the place of rendering the duties and
responsibilities while the school was still in the flooded situation so that when the flood subsided we can go back to school
and do the implementation.
In the month of December 2020 we abled to go back to school and started doing the lay outing , filling of garden soil
and planting in each designated area of concerned task.
In the month of January 2021 we failed to implement what is stated in the action plan since we experienced again the
flooding in our school.
In the month of February 2021 the water flood disappeared and back to school premises continued with the
cultivation in our gardens and plant propagarions and paintings until the following months..
In the middle of May 2021 another flooding happened in our school until the school year ends and we evacuated to
the evacuation area in the Barangay Hall. We faiiled to implement what was stated in our action plan for this preceeding
months .
