1) You need to connect ②CANBUS decoder to power cable, so that the head unit can
boot up.
2) You need to connect ③CANBUS cable to player, so that the reverse function and
steering wheel control function can work correctly.
3) ④ audio cable for original AUX or CD player, connect these to AUX IN R and AUX IN
L on RCA cable set.
4) Set CANBUS type correctly
For S series, following Car Settings-More-Factory-8888-car
model-Hiworld-Renault-Megane-08~16-CONFIRM
For P series, following CarSetting-Factory Setting-16176699-CAN Type
Set-Hiworld-Renault-Megane-2008~2014(3Gen)-All
2. There are 5 plugs on the power cable set, we name them A B C D_female and D_male
1) For cars with original big screen and navigation, you choose B plug and C plug to
connect. Also you need to connect the other plugs from your car to the original
big screen, and find a place to hide the original big screen.
Also you need to switch a mini plug, as below picture shows, or the player will not
boot up.
2) For cars with small screen, you can choose A plug and D plug to connect.
A plug connect to get power, transfer audio, get CANBUS signal, steering wheel
control and reverse signal.
D_female connect to the plug from car (which is for the original small screen).
D_male connect to original small screen. Also you need to find a place to hide the
small screen.
Connect the mini plug as picture shows.
For P series, please check if the backcar mode is correct. Following CarSetting-Factory
Setting-16176699-Backcar Setting-HD reversing system. You can try to set to AHD720P25
or AHD1080P25.
For S series, please check if the backcar mode is correct. Following Car
Settings-Backcar-Backcar mode. You can try to set to AHD720P25 or AHD1080P25.
