Call Opening (20-30 seconds):

You: "Hi, is this steve?"

Lead: "Yes, this is steve.

You: "Great! My name is Amani, and I’m calling from a company called Salaria. We noticed that you
recently posted a job for a Business Development Representative, and we thought you might be
interested in our services. Salaria is a lead generation agency that manages sales tasks similar to what a
BDR would handle. Would you be open to learning more about our company?

Lead's Objection 1: "I’m not interested."

You: "I understand! Just to confirm, are you still hiring for the Business Development Representative
position? We work with companies that may already have BDRs, helping them to streamline their sales
processes."

Lead's Objection 2: "Where are you located?"

You: "Our headquarters is in Washington, DC, but our team operates globally, with a unique hybrid
model. This allows us to offer flexible and efficient support. Would you be interested in learning more
about how we can assist your business?"

Lead's Objection 3: "How did you get my number?"

You: "We use a contact database called RocketReach to find phone numbers of companies we think
could benefit from our services. Are you open to setting up a brief call to discuss how we can help
streamline your sales operations?"

You: "Just to give you a bit more context, Salaria is a B2B lead generation and sales development agency.
We provide outsourced demand generation and sales development services, including cold calling,
appointment setting, and LinkedIn and email marketing. My manager can walk you through our model
and explain how we differ from other lead generation firms."

You: "Could I confirm a time for us to have a more detailed conversation? What day and time would
work best for you, and what timezone are you in?"

Lead: "Tuesday at 10 AM, Eastern Time."

You: "Perfect, and could I get your best email address to send over the calendar invite?"

Lead: "[Lead’s Email Address]."


You: "Thank you, [Lead’s Name]! I'll go ahead and send you the invite now. If you have a moment, can
you check your email to confirm that you received it?"

Lead: "Yes, I’ll check."

You: "Great! If you could accept the invite, that will help my manager know you’re all set for our call.
Thanks again for your time, and we look forward to speaking with you on Tuesday at 10 AM!"
