REMINDERS TO PARENTS and GUESTS BEFORE THE PROCESSIONAL

RENGIE Good Afternoon everyone!
In a few moments, we will start our program.
At this point, may we invite all our completers and graduates
together with their parents to go to your respective areas for
the processional.
To maintain the solemnity of this occasion, may we request all
our guests to please set their mobile phone to silent mode.
Family and guests are expected to show courtesy by refraining
from leaving their seats in order to take pictures or by talking
to graduates.
May we also request all photographers and other guests to
stay away in the processional area, the completers’ and
graduates’ seats and the stage area. We have official
photographers who will take your children’s photos during the
processional and during the distribution of diplomas.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome the Kindergarten
Completers and the Grade 6 Graduating Class of School Year
2023-2024

Let us welcome the Faculty and Staff of JAPAY Elementary
School, Along with The dynamic and active Teacher in charge
of Our lovely school sir Bryan T. Alconaba, the Proud Parents
our guests, and Brgy. Official headed by Honorable Egnabe
Tapac and council.

Today is a day of rejoicing for it marks the first step that every
child must undertake to open up to another important stage of
their lives. It’s an honor to be here to this special event which
is the high point of the academic year because today, we
celebrate the accomplishments and academic achievements
of our dear graduates and completers. And finally, we are able

 to celebrate this momentous event.

Another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the

school year 2023-2024. It’s been almost 10 months already
that we have witness how these little lads and lasses proved
their worth to become of this year’s graduating batch.

prayer lead by SHIELA MARIE MASTRE (MAYKARANGALAN).

graduation, may we call in our school head, sir Bryan T.
Alconaba.
Now, to officially confer our candidates for completion and to
deliver her message, let us all welcome our today’s guest.(

completers and graduates!
And now the Captain of your Lovely BRGY. Honorable Egnabe
Tapac will give her message to our completers and graduates.
At this juncture, may we request our , school Head and guest
speaker and honorable EGNABE TAPAC to do the honor in
distributing the certificate of completion to our completers and
graduates.

To express our gratitude, may we call on our school head sir
BRYAN T. ALCONAB and honorable Egnabe to present the
plaque of appreciation to our guest speaker . The citation
