Graduation and Moving Up Ceremony Script

CALL TO ORDER

(Announcements while preparing for the processional)

San Roque Elementary School's Graduation and Moving Up Ceremony is about to begin in few
minutes. We are requesting everyone to please settle down as we prepare for the ceremonies. Please
turn your phone into silent mode and refrain from talking and loitering around while we are in the
ceremony. We also are requesting your full attention and participation and expressing your pride
through clapping of hands. Thank you.

INTRODUCTION

(Formally start before the Processional)

Graduation day is the most anticipated event by the learners, and parents alike. It is the day that
marks the conclusion of their academic journey in the elementary school. Moving up ceremony
marks the achievements made by our kindergarten learners. Today, in this momentous ceremony, we
are gathered here to celebrate the hardwork, the pursuit of knowledge, the culmination of one
chapter and the commencement of a new uncertain chapter in our learners' academic journey.

Graduates, proud parents, guests, teachers, relatives, and friends, ladies and gentlemen, Good
morning. Welcome to the ___Graduation and ___Moving up ceremony of San Roque Elementary
School with the theme "Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na Bagong Pilipinas."

Ladies and gentlemen, the Processional...

Let us all welcome... the graduates with their proud parents, the kindergarten conpleters with their
proud parents, our esteemed guests ( names), guest speaker, our San Roque Elementary School
teaching force (names).

Please all rise for the Graduation prayer to be lead by Aizel C. Capongcol, With high honors. Please
remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the singing of the Deped Leyte
Hymn.

Welcome Message

To formally welcome us all in this momentous ceremony, may we call in Clarisse Ron G. Tamayo, With
high honors, for her welcome message.

(After the welcome message) Thank you Clarisse for the warm welcome.

PRESENTATION OF COMPLETERS AND GRADUATES, ACCEPTANCE AND CONFIRMATION

To present the kindergarten completers and candidates for graduation, may we have on stage our
ever dynamic and supportive School Principal, __ Lourdes L. de Paz, principal 3. This will be followed
by the acceptance and confirmation of completers and graduates by our _position_, __ Julieta L.
Crebillo, Principal 4.

At this juncture, we will witness the graduates and completers as they reap the fruits of their
academic hardwork as they receive their Certificates. May we call in once again our ___, Julieta L.
Crebillo, Principal 4 for the distribution of certificates and her inspirational message.

Today, we are honored to hear an inspirational message and words of wisdom from an honorable
woman. To formally introduce us to this amazing woman and honored guest, we have Mr. Bonifacio

Thank you so much, Maam Cyril Mae Lagarto, for that very inspiring message ( adlib about her
message). We are truly honored to hear from you.

Please remain on stage as we present you this plaque of appreciation. (Read the citation). May we
have on stage once again, Maam Lourdes L. De paz to award this plaque of appreciation to our
Commencement Speaker.

AWARDING of MEDALS, RIBBONS to HONOREES AND AWARDEES

At this juncture, let us witness our completers and graduates as they are recognized for their
hardwork, academic achievements, and values worthy of emulation as we award them with their
hard-earned medals and ribbons. We are requesting the presence of our dear teachers as they assist
our proud parents. (read the awards lists.)

Congratulations completers, graduates, and their proud parents. It is sight to behold that you are
now donned with the tangible representation and evidence of your pursuit for academic excellence
and showcase of values that everyone of us should imitate.

On behalf of the graduating class of 2024, Let us hear Randel C. Nicanor, With high honors, as he
deliver his Words of Gratitude. Let us give him a resounding applause.

Thank you, Randel for sharing your brilliant message of thanks as well as your experiences that we
can take a lesson from.

Pledge of loyalty
Our graduating class will now take their oath of loyalty to our Alma Mater. May we call on stage Ejhei
James C. Superio, With high honors, to lead the Pledge of loyalty.

Congratulations, dear graduates. May you uphold the oath you have sworn to our Alma Mater,
uphold its name with dignity, and live up to the values it taught to be a better person for your family,
community, and the society.

Moving Up Song

Let us join our Kindergarten completers as they sing their hearts out narrating the experiences they
had during the first stage of their academic journey. Let us welcome them as they sing their moving
up song entitled Busy Days.

Thank you for sharing us the song of your journey through Kindergarten. Aren't they cute?

At this point, let us join our Graduating class. Of 2024 as they share the music that reflect the
moments they had and the moments they will cherish from here on. Let us welcome them with a
resounding applause as they sing their graduation song entitled Moments to Memories.

Indeed, moments we have now will soon be a memory. A memory that we will cherish and will look
back on as we face the future stronger.

Tribute

Behind our every success, there are people that are always supporting us, cheering us and giving us
the courage to pursue our dreams. They are our parents, our teachers, our relatives, and our friends.
The graduates have prepared a tribute to their parents through a message to be delivered by Daniel
C. Cabaobao, With high honors, to be followed by their Tribute song, You are the reason, to be sung
by the graduating class. Let us all witness their tribute to parents.
