2. Worth Score - To calculate a worth score deduct the fatigue

score from the priority score e.g.

Priority 5 – 4 (fatigue) = 1 (worth)
19:00 Watched a movie (2 hours) 2 0 -2
Try to keep away from minus scores.
21:00 Bath and ready for bed 5 1 -4
3. Totals - At the end of the day calculate your total scores,
consider using these to help with plan the next day.
Consider if you need to energy bank for a busier day later in
the week.
