2. Worth Score - To calculate a worth score deduct the fatigue

3. Totals - At the end of the day calculate your total scores,
consider using these to help with plan the next day.
Consider if you need to energy bank for a busier day later in
the week.
Scores above 3 = please think about reducing your activities. Stop having a bath before bed.
