REMARKS : First User - Job Car

I Acknowledge that I agree on below vehicle request type Job Car or Company Car as per the below condtions according to the Company Car Policy;

Job Car: Means an allocated Company car which permits a colleague to effectively execute their job responsibilities. Transportation Allowance is not paid for this category of car.

- The colleague will have the option to own the car after the completion of 3 years of use by paying lesser of either:

a) Twenty-five per cent (25%) of the original price of the car. The remaining book value of the car provided by the leasing company or Petromin Finance Department.

b) If the Job Car has been used for more than four (4) years, the car will be transferred to the colleague free of charge.

Compnay Car: Means an allocated Company car provided as part of the colleague’s compensation package in substitution for the Transportation Allowance.

- The colleague is entitled to own the car after the completion of the Lease Period 3 years and car ownership shall be transferred to the colleague without any additional payment.
