Technical Consultants: Technical consultants focus on the technical aspects of the SAP EWM implementation, including system installation, configuration, customization, data migration, interface development,
and performance tuning. They collaborate with functional consultants to ensure that the technical infrastructure supports the configured solution.
Integration Consultants: Integration consultants specialize in integrating SAP EWM with other systems within the client's landscape, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4HANA), transportation management
systems (TMS), warehouse control systems (WCS), and external logistics partners' systems. They design, develop, and test interfaces to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
Business Process Owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Business process owners or SMEs are representatives from the client organization who understand the current warehouse management processes in
detail. They collaborate with the implementation team to define business requirements, validate solution designs, and participate in testing and training activities.
Change Management Specialists: Change management specialists focus on managing organizational change associated with the implementation of SAP EWM. They develop change management strategies,
communication plans, training materials, and user adoption programs to ensure that stakeholders embrace the new system and processes.
Training Specialists: Training specialists design and deliver training programs for end users and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP EWM system. They develop training materials,
conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to facilitate user proficiency and adoption.
Quality Assurance/Testers: QA testers are responsible for validating the configured SAP EWM solution to ensure that it meets the defined requirements and quality standards. They develop test plans, execute
test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with the implementation team to resolve issues.
Project Steering Committee: The project steering committee comprises senior stakeholders from the client organization who provide guidance, oversight, and strategic direction for the implementation project.
They review project progress, make key decisions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

organization's strategic objectives and priorities.
Project Manager: The project manager is responsible for overseeing the entire implementation project, including planning, scheduling, budget ing, resource allocation, risk management, and communication with
stakeholders. They ensure that the project stays on track and achieves its objectives within the specified timeframe and budg et.
Business Process Owners: Business process owners are subject matter experts (SMEs) who understand the client's business processes related to warehouse management. They collaborate with the implementation team to
define business requirements, design process improvements, and validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business needs.
IT Manager/IT Team: The IT manager and IT team are responsible for providing technical expertise, infrastructure support, and system integration services throughout the implementation project. They work closely with the
SAP consultants to configure the system, perform data migration, conduct testing, and manage system interfaces.
Key Users: Key users are representatives from different functional areas within the client organization who have in-depth knowledge of current business processes and systems. They actively participate in workshops,
testing, and training sessions, providing feedback, and helping to validate the configured solution.
Steering Committee: The steering committee is a group of senior stakeholders from the client organization who provide guidance, decisions, and support for the project. They review project progress, address issues, and
make strategic decisions to ensure project success.
Change Management Team: The change management team is responsible for managing organizational change associated with the implementation of SAP EWM. They develop change management strategies,
communication plans, training programs, and resistance management initiatives to help users adapt to the new system and processes.
End Users: End users are the individuals within the client organization who will ultimately use the SAP EWM system to perform their daily tasks. They participate in training sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-
go-live support activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
