Subject: Two Weeks' Notice of Termination

Dear sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally provide my two weeks' notice of
termination for my tenancy at De Jedid, effective 18/09/2024 . My intention is to vacate the
apartment at the beginning of the new month, 5/10/2024.

Over the course of my stay, I have encountered several issues that have significantly
impacted my living experience. These include:

1. Lack of Water: There have been frequent disruptions in water supply, which have caused
considerable inconvenience.
2.Inadequate Electric Plan: The current electrical setup has been unreliable, leading to
frequent power outages.
3. Communication from Caretaker: There has been a noticeable lack of communication
and responsiveness from the caretaker, which has further exacerbated the challenges I've
faced.

Given these ongoing issues, I believe it is in my best interest to move out of the apartment.

Regarding the return of my security deposit, I kindly request that we arrange a convenient
time for a move-out inspection. I would appreciate a prompt refund of the deposit, assuming
the apartment is left in good condition, as outlined in our lease agreement.

Please confirm receipt of this notice and let me know the next steps for the move-out process
and deposit refund. I am happy to coordinate with you to ensure a smooth transition.
