1.0 AIM OF THE MICROPROJECT:

The Car Showroom Management System project is a college project aimed at developing a
comprehensive software system to manage the operations of a car showroom effectively.
This project seeks to address the challenges faced by car showrooms in terms of inventory
management, customer relationship management, and overall business efficiency.

2.0 COURSE OUTCOMES:


a. Design normalized database on given data

b. Create and manage database using SQL command

c. Write PL\SQL code for given database

d. Apply trigger to database also create procedure and function according to condition

e. Apply security and confidentiality on given database

3.0 PROPOSED METHODOLOGY:

3.1. Requirements Gathering


Research car showrooms to understand their needs and challenges.

3.2. System Design


Design the database schema for storing inventory, customer, sales, and employee data.

Create user interface mockups for the software.

Define the technologies to be used.

3.3. Development
Develop the software according to the design specifications.

Implement inventory management, customer relationship management, sales, finance, and


employee management features.
Ensure data security and access control mechanisms are in place.

3.4. Debugging
Conduct thorough testing of the system to identify and rectify any bugs or issues.

Ensure the software meets the defined functionalities as expected.
