INTRODUCTION

• Formally, a "database" refers to a set of related data and the way it is organized. Access to this
data is usually provided by a "database management system" (DBMS) consisting of an
integrated set of computer software that allows users to interact with one or more databases and
provides access to all of the data contained in the database (although restrictions may exist that
limit access to particular data).

• The DBMS provides various functions that allow entry, storage and retrieval of large quantities
of information and provides ways to manage how that information is organized.
RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS
• Hardware Requirements
Processor : Intel CORE i3
RAM : 4 GB
System type : 64-bit processor

Monitor : VGA compatible (CRT or LCD-TFT)

Software Requirements
XAMPP server

Front End: PHP, HTML

PURPOSE

•The purpose of developing Car Showroom Management System is to computerized the

tradition way of booking and viewing cars online. Another purpose for developing this
software is to generate the report automatically at the end of the session or in the between of
the session.

•This Car showroom management system is designed for such owners and users who are interested in
cars. This system keeps track of all the cars along with their each and every single detail. From the date
of manufacture to up to what price can one negotiate while taking that car, one can view all the data

CONCLUSION

• This is the perfect system for the car showrooms to manage their data and help their customers to
buy a car without any problem. It makes the process of buying a car very simpler. This application
avoids the manual work and the problems concern with it. It is an easy way to obtain the
information regarding the various products information that are present in the Supermarkets. The
package was designed in such a way that future modifications can bedone easily. The following
conclusions can be deduced from the development of the project.
