3 things you’ll need to be aware of about recommendation letters.

A. Please do not fill out without notifying your recommender in advance.


B. You may finish the rest part(ex. Upload your documents) first.
However, please be aware that the whole application procedure can’t
be done if recommenders didn’t upload recommendation letters.
C. The following is to let you know the status of the letters of
recommendation:

3 things you’ll need to be aware of about paying the fee.

A. You may finish the rest part(ex. Upload your documents) first.
However, please be aware that the your application won’t be completed
if you didn’t pay application fee.
B. After making the payment, please upload the receipt in Step 4.
C. The following is to let you know how receipt might be for the
successful payment:

2.4 Upload required documents
Here are some notice for specific documents you might need to
provide:

Download from “Application form” which is in the same section but upper
side. Please attach your photo and sign at the bottom and then upload.

2.5 Confirm and submit(finish before DEADLINE)
Check all documents you uploaded again and click “Confirm and
Submit”. Once you submit, all documents can’t be revised.
3. Review by OGA and departments
3.1 Please wait for further notification about replenishment.

After submitting the correct documents before deadline, the files


will be reviewed by the OGA first and we might require
replenishment(notice by email) if it’s necessary. And after that,
your application will be sent to the departments for reviewing. All
you have to do is wait patiently for the final result.

*You may find the announcement date in the application guideline


4. Admitted list announcement
4.1 Check the admission result on OGA website.
We will also inform you by email and you may come back to check
your status on the NTHU International Student Online Application
System.
