IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. The total duration of MCQ Test is 3 hours.Total marks 100.No Negative marking.
2. As a precaution for, the candidate must reach centre as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at centre.
3. No candidate shall be permitted to enter after the Gate Closing Time nor shall be permitted
to leave the Examination Room / Hall before the end of the examination
4. On completion of the examination, please wait for instructions from Invigilator and do not get up from your seat
until advised. The candidates will be permitted to move out one at a time only.
5. The Admit Card is provisional, subject to satisfying the eligibility conditions as given in the Advertisement.
6. Candidates are suggested to locate the examination venue, a day in advance so that they do not face any
problem on the day of examination. Late comers shall not be allowed under any circumstances.
7. No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre without Admit Card and Valid Photo ID Proof
8. Candidates are advised to carry only the following items with them into the examination venue:
a)Admit Card downloaded from the website (a clear print out on A4 size paper).
b)A simple transparent 2-3 Ball Point Pen
c)Personal transparent water bottle
9. Candidates must carry “Any one of the original and valid Photo Identification Proof issued by the Government -
Voter Identification Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport or Aadhaar Card with Photo. All other ID/
Photocopies of IDs even if attested/scanned photo of IDs in mobile phone will NOT be considered as valid ID
Proof.
10. The candidate must bring PwBD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming relaxation under
PwBD category.
11. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any personal belongings including electronic devices, mobile phone and
other banned/ prohibited items listed in the Information Bulletin to the Examination Centre. Examination
Officials will not be responsible for safe keep of personal belongings and there will be no such facility.
12. Shoes/footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons are NOT permitted.
13. No Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices as the examination
centres are under strict surveillance .
14. Candidates are advised to check updates on website regularly. They should also check their mailbox on
the registered E-mail address and SMS in their registered Mobile No. for latest updates and information.
15. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN TEST DATE/ SESSION/ CENTRE/ VENUE WILL BE CONSIDERED
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
16. Travelling and other expenses would be borne by the candidate and no travelling expenses such as TA/DA,
Accommodation etc. will be admissible for appearing in the Test. if otherwise applicable as per Advt.
17. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and
storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means i.e.,
verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the test centre or found to be
in unauthorised possession of test content will be considered as serious misconduct and will be debarred/
disqualified from selection process. SMF will take disciplinary and legal action as per rules and such cases
will be reported to police, if necessary.
18. Candidates should check the particulars i.e., Name, Date of Birth, Photograph, Signature, Category, Sub-
Category, etc., mentioned in E-Admit Card carefully and also eligibility in all respects as per advt.
19. Your responses (answers) will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and
wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses
have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, your candidature may be cancelled and/or the
result withheld
20. This Admit Card DOES NOT guarantee selection in any way. It is only an invitation for the written examination.
21. The details printed on the E-Admit card must be checked by the candidate. In case non-receipt of Admit card
or any error/ discrepancies related to the Admit card, the candidate is advised to report discrepancies, if any
on email ID of Helpdesk from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM on working days latest by 2 days before the date of
exam alongwith supporting documents.
22. BEFORE LEAVING THE EXAMINATION HALL, CANDIDATES MUST DEPOSIT HIS ADMIT CARD IN
ORIGINAL, QUESTION BOOKLET AND OMR ANSWER SHEET TO THE INVIGILATOR AND ENSURE
THAT HE/SHE HAS SIGNED THE ATTENDANCE SHEET FAILING WHICH HIS/HER CANDIDATURE WILL
BE CANCELLED.
23 Document verification is under process. In the event of mismatching of any of the criteria at any point of time, the
applicant’s candidature will be cancelled even though he/she appeared at the examination and results thereof
published.
