Mental Health Symposium, KABSAT outreach Service


Raising mental Health mindfulness can assist you to understand side effects, discover proficient
treatment, and, maybe most imperatively, break the mental health shame that clears out so numerous
individuals enduring in mystery.

Highlights [Insights/Relevant Learnings/Issues & Concerns]:


As part of KABSAT Outreach Service to Barangay Nabbuan, the City Health Office with the
guidance of ma'am Julita D. Oscoro and ma'am Criselle Mae T. Contawe, shared their priceless time as the
Resource Speakers. They repeated that mental health issue isn't a joke. It may be a genuine matter that
must address appropriately. They indeed empowered the NIS learners to lend their hands and offer
assistance to those who have endured misery and uneasiness.
Within the given activity, the grades 7 and 8 leaners of Nabbuan IS learned and identified their
shield and armor, the individuals whom they seem believe and might offer assistance to them amid those
terrible circumstances.
In fact, it could be a commendable endeavor that lead to a more noteworthy thrust for mental
advocacy. It is for everybody's concern and duty. Such backing shows up to be working not only here at
Nabbuan IS but with the inclusion of the community.
Recommendations:
Encourage all learners to participate in each activities in symposium of mental health.
