Daily Routine for Growth and Progress (Exam Focus)

1. Morning Routine (7:00 AM - 10:00 AM)


7:00 AM - Wake Up
- Make your bed and drink water.

7:15 AM - Workout (1 hour)


- Full-body workout: push-ups, squats, planks, and stretching.

8:15 AM - Breakfast
- Eat a healthy meal with protein: eggs, oats, or a smoothie.

8:45 AM - Study Block 1 (1 hour 15 mins)


- Focus on subjects for upcoming exams. Start with the hardest subject to tackle it early.

2. Midday Routine (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)


10:00 AM - Study Block 2 (2 hours)
- Deep focus on a challenging topic or subject. Take short breaks every 30 minutes.

12:00 PM - Lunch and Rest (30 mins)


- Eat a balanced meal and relax for a short while.
