Malik: Okay good afternoon everyone thanks for being here today before

weed How has everyone been dealing with the weather these past few
days? The rain and wind have been quite something.

Enzy: yeah it's been intense. I had to cancel a couple of plans because of
the rain

Irvin: Same here. To drive in this condition is pretty tough.

Malik: ok I'm glad Everyone Is safe Hopefully things settle down soon. now
before we begin I want to mention that Mr Bian sends his Apology for not
being able to join us today and he reviewed The Proposal and suggested
we emphasize CrisBar’s branding while aligning with Studio Ghibli’s
aesthetic. one more, can someone volunteer to write the minutes of
meeting?

Enzy: I can handle it, Malik.

Malik: Since everyone knows each other. let introduce our new member,
Torang. Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Torang: Hello everyone. For those who I haven’t had the chance of
meeting, my name is Torang. I am the new social media marketing lead at
CrisBar and I specialize in branding campaigns and digital promotion and I
am thrilled to work on this collaboration with you guys.

Malik: welcome to the team, Torang. We are glad to have you on board. OK
now let's move forward so today's meeting agenda be discussing the
product concept, budgeting, and social media branding. Did everyone
have a chance to review the proposal I sent two days ago?

Enzy: yes and I think the concept of studio Ghibli collaboration is amazing

Irvin: I agree. The intentionally themed dishes and branding possibilities

are very creative.

Malik: Yeah, great. Let's Start by reviewing the product concept. Enzy, the
floor is yours to start with the product concept.

Enzy: Thank you, Malik. So for the main dish we Are proposing The Totori
Teriyaki Bowl a visually appealing chicken rice Bowl inspired by totori. It's
easy to prepare, affordable and aligns with the Ghibli’s theme. We’ll
include the Kiki’s Delivery Tofu Bowl for vegetarians with a similar cost
and price structure.

Malik: Uhm.. Sounds great What's the cost per bowl?

Enzy: Uhm we’re pricing them at 20k per bowl.

Irvin: Wait 20k rupiah per bowl? Isn’t that too low? Should we not account
for operational costs like staff wages and utilities

Malik: Hold on, Irvin, let enzy finish first.

Enzy: Thanks Malik, regarding drinks, we offering Totoro lemonade and

Ghibli sparking tea. They’ll be priced at 20k rupiah per drink.

Irvin: can we at least factored in the packaging for drinks? custom design
might push up the budget significantly

Malik: Irvin Irvin Irvin, let’s save detailed budget discussion for your
section. Enzy, Please continue.

Enzy: Sure, the packaging will align with Ghibli’s themes to attract fans
and complement the dishes.

Malik: Thanks, Enzy. That sounds solid. Okay, Irvin, let’s hear your budget
overview now.

Irvin: Based on Enzy’s proposal, I’m concerned about our profit margin.
I’m not sure I understand how we’re managing packaging cost. Custom
design might push our production expenses too high.

Enzy: What I meant to say earlier is that can keep the packaging simple
but include Ghibli-themed collectible stickers or cards to maintain appeal

Irvin: I’m convinced that we should rise the price slightly. To ensure
profitability. Maybe 25k rupiahs per bowl.

Malik: I’m afraid I can’t agree to that our go is to keep it affordable and
accessible

Irvin: I’m sorry but I can’t go along with 20k per bowl without a clearer
contingency plan unexpected costs.

Malik: Let’s compromise. We’ll explore cost-saving measures for

packaging and revisit pricing if necessary in our next meeting.

Irvin: Alright. That sounds great.

Malik: Okay great. Now let’s discuss social media marketing. Torang, any
ideas for promoting the collaboration?

Torang: definitely. I’m planning to launch a hashtag campaign using the

hashtag #CrisBarXGhibli which combines the appeal of our collaboration
with Studio Ghibli and our signature menu items. the campaign will be
supported by influencers Who focus on anime and food content and here's
how it works First the customers will be encouraged to share their photos
of their meals Using the hashtag for a chance to win an exclusive
merchandise like collectible pins tote bags or limited edition bento boxes
and additionally we will run an Interactive Elements like polls or quizzes
related to studio Ghibli film to keep engagement high and then influencers
could also showcase our offerings in creative ways such as creating a reel
comparing dishes to iconic Ghibli moments and This will Drive A sense of
community and fun around our brand so what you guys think?

Enzy: That's Brilliant It Could generate a lot of engagement are saying that
the visual will Balance Ghibli’s aesthetics and our branding?

Torang: exactly We will use Ghibli team animations while highlighting the
Cris bar's identity

Irvin: How much should we allocate for influencer partnerships

Torang: OK great question we can target mid-tier influencers those with

followers between 50,000 and 200,000 followers Who specializes in either
anime or food related content and their audiences are niche but highly
engaged Which is exactly what we need so with a budget of around 10
Million rupiahs we could partner with around three to four influencers for a
sponsored post and Reels Beyond that I would also propose setting aside a
small portion of the budget to boost their posts to Ensure our content
reaches a wider audience It's About maximizing impact while staying
efficient What do you guys think any thoughts \

Irvin: That sounds great to me. Your proposal sounds realistic and feasible.

Malik: Yeah I agree that Sounds promising Ok let's decide what we want to
do now So I think we go for that can I assume that Everyone Is now happy
with the decision all in favor you can raise your hand if you agree OK
those again OK before we wrap things up I think we still have a time So
any other questions or thoughts

Enzy: I know this isn't on the agenda but what about setting up a studio
give photobooth at CrisBar locations?

Malik: Um interesting Let's discuss this briefly before we w up so we could

feature Iconic backdrops like bus stop or house Moving

Enzy: Okay so we can feature iconic backdrops like Totoro Bus Stop or
Howl’s Moving Castle

Malik: that's an excellent suggestion

Torang: Yeah I agree I think it can be a great way to boost engagement

and customers can share their photos online

Irvin: what's the estimated Cost For setting those up

Torang: I think we are looking for about 5 Million rupiah for materials and
decoration
Malik: mmm yes reasonable Let's Add this to the next meeting agenda for
further discussion and then I think we can conclude our meeting today so
here's what everyone needs to handle before our next meeting so first
Enzy you need to finalize the product concept and explore cost
effectiveness branding ideas and then Irvin you need to refine the budget
including packaging options and contingency plans and then for Torang
you need to draft the social media campaign and outline influencer
collaboration plans is that good

Torang: it's good

Malik: so when should we meet again how about next Monday at 3 pm

Enzy: that works for me

Irvin: Same here

Torang: Sounds perfect

Malik: Ok great I think that brings us to an end I look forward to seeing

you all next Monday at 3M to check on progress Thank you all for
participation afternoon have a great day a great day

Everyone: thank yous and handshakes
