Job Responsibilities
• Support Pre-sales efforts of the Business Development Team (includes Proposal Writing and
related Collaterals)
• Enable project team to understand functional requirements
• Assist in solution development and articulation based on the scope and problem statement
(Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Support building the domain capability

• Coordinate and support client visits

• Own stages of Pre-sales cycle (e.g. Request for Information (RFI), Lead Generation, ‘Go-
to-Market’ for geographies / industry segments

• Gather and report industry information (e.g. Know Your Customer (KYC), Competitor
Intelligence, Market Trends etc.)

• Coordinate between stakeholders on Pre-sales activities (e.g. Request for information


(RFI), Request for proposal (RFP), collaterals, client visits)

• Contribute to development of solutions for Pre-sales

• Ability to learn and contribute across different Functional areas (e.g. Software development
lifecycle (SDLC), Domain etc.)

• Manage sections of Deal responses (e.g. pricing and estimation, references, case studies
etc.)

• Analyze and report industry information (e.g. Know your customer (KYC), competitor
intelligence, market trends etc.)

• Learn and contribute across different Functional areas (e.g. Software development lifecycle
(SDLC), Domain etc.)

• Support Domain capability building activities

• Provide functional expertise to projects

• Capture project’s capabilities to highlight the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of


Cognizant solutions

Eligibility criteria
• Candidates graduating in 2025 with MBA/Executive MBA(Full time).
• At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate (all subjects will
be taken into consideration) in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears.
• Students with standing arrears are NOT eligible to apply.
• Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms.
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology
is mandatory.

• Open only to Indian nationals / Overseas Citizenship of India (OCIs) / Person of Indian
Origin (PIOs) who are currently residing in India.
• Candidates must not have any education & professional gap of more than 3 years.
• Students who have applied for re-evaluation and are waiting for the results would be
considered with the initial results score declared during hiring process.
• Students will get the communications only to the registered mail ID in Superset. It must be
their personal mail ID and shall be considered as the primary email ID. This email ID
should not be changed at any point during hiring process or until Full Time Employment
(FTE) onboarding.
