PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS
IMFT/FILEIT is a File Transfer application serving 300+ apps across bank & part of Integration Services – TA.
IMFT/FILEIT uses CFT, the file transfer agent (Axway Vendor Product) for file transfer between
applications. At present IMFT manages 240+ CFT instances across bank.
Working as SRE Lead to provide support to the application on reliability, hygiene, observability, stability
for On-Prem & AWS cloud.
Configured ELK stack end-end, written GROK pattern for logging & monitoring the system.
Integrated Prometheus, Elastic Search & Grafana for monitoring the CPU & Volume Metrics.
Designed various dashboards in Kibana, Grafana & ITRS monitoring tools based on the requirement.
Proactive identification of production issues through the alerting mechanism deployed through ITRS.
Checklists for CFT Onboarding, code & artifacts review for flow deployment & Cloud Onboarding are done
for smooth implementation.
Change review process is streamlined effectively. Stringent scrutinization done during the review, by this
many issues were identified during the initial review itself which is avoiding potential business impact if it

MDIS (Managed Distribution Services) is a middleware application, which sends and receives FAX, EMAIL
and SMS advices between the Bank and Client.
Messages will be received as xml via MQ and will be sent to respective service providers through web
service for delivery to customers for outbound services and will be sent as xml to source applications for
inbound services.
Providing application support to users in case of non-delivery of EMAIL, FAX & SMS and monitoring the
transactions preventing high severity incidents.
Understanding the application end - end and made the user and support teams aware of the functionality
of the application.
Acknowledge, Analyze and Maintain the SLA of an incident. Do work around in database and application to
find the root cause for the issue and provide a fix for it.
Handled high severity incidents and provided RCA’s for the same. Preventive measures are taken based on
the RCA on setting-up the monitoring alert.
