represented by director Zhakshybaev Zhumabek Omuralievich, acting on the basis of a patent,

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT


1.1. The Employer instructs, and the Employee assumes the performance of labor duties as a
seamstress.

start of work specified in clause 2.1 of this contract.

1.5.The work of the Employee under this contract is carried out under normal conditions. Labor
obligations of the Employee are not related to the performance of hard work, work in areas with
special climatic conditions, work with harmful, dangerous and other special working conditions.

1.6.The employee reports directly to the director.

2. TERM OF THE CONTRACT


2.1.The employee shall begin to perform her job duties from JANUARY 01,2024
December 29, 2025. .

2.2.This Contract isconcluded for an indefinite period.

3. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT OF THE EMPLOYEE


3.1. For the performance of labor duties, the Employee is set a piecework salary for the amount
of work performed, but not less than 400 US dollars per month.

3.2. The employer establishes incentive and compensation payments (surcharges, allowances,
bonuses, etc.).

3.3. In the event that the Employee, along with her main job, performs additional work in
another position or performs the duties of a temporarily absent employee without being released
from her main job, the Employee is paid an additional payment for a combined position.

3.4. Wages are paid to the Employee by issuing cash at the Employer's cash desk (or: by
transferring to the Employee's bank account) every 10 days, established by the internal labor
regulations.

3.5.Deductions may be made from the Employee's salary in cases stipulated by the legislation of
the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. WORKING AND REST TIME MODE


4.1. The employee is set the following working hours: 10 hours a day with 3 days off per
month.
4.2.Start time: 8:00 am.
End time: 5:00 pm.
4.3.During the working day, the Employee is given a break for rest and meals from 12:00
to 13:00, which is not included in working hours.
4.5. For family reasons and other valid reasons, the Employee, on the basis of her written
application, may be granted leave without pay for the duration established by the labor
legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Internal Labor Regulations.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE


5.1.The employee is obliged:

5.1.5. To immediately inform the Employer or immediate supervisor about the occurrence of a
situation that poses a threat to the life and health of people, the safety of the property of the
Employer.

5.1.6.Not to give interviews, not to hold meetings and negotiations regarding the activities of the
Employer, without prior permission from the management.

5.1.7.Not to disclose information constituting a trade secret of the Employer. Information that is
a trade secret of the Employer is defined in the Regulation on Trade Secrets " ".

5.2.The employee has the right:

5.2.1.For providing her with the work stipulated by this contract.

5.2.2.For timely and in full payment of wages in accordance with her qualifications, complexity
of work, quantity and quality of work performed.

5.2.3.For compulsory social insurance in cases stipulated by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5.2.4.For other rights established by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic

5.2.5 The employee is obliged on her own to move from the country of the foreign worker to the
country of the employer.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYER


6.1.The employer is obliged:

6.1.1 The employer provide s the employee with living quarters. The residential premises must
meet the following parameters: a place in a hostel, a one-room (two-room) apartment, etc.

6.1.2 The employer provides the employee with three daily hot public meals at the expense of
the employer or provides the necessary products for self-preparation of meals by employees at
the expense of the employer.

6.1.3The employer, at his own expense, is obliged to prepare all the necessary documents for the
stay of a foreign citizen in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (labor visa, work permit), transfer
from the airport of the Kyrgyz Republic to the place of work. The flight from the country of the
foreign worker to the country of the employer is carried out at the expense of the worker in
accordance with clause 5.2.5

6.1.4. To comply with laws and other regulatory legal acts, local regulations, the terms of this
agreement.

6.1.5.To provide the Employee with the work stipulated by this contract.

6.1.6. To provide the Employee with equipment, technical documentation and other means
necessary for the performance of her labor duties.

6.1.7. To pay in full the wages due to the Employee within the time limits established by the
Internal Labor Regulations.

6.1.8. To provide for the daily needs of the Employee related to the performance of her labor
duties.

6.1.9.To fulfill other duties established by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6.2.The employer has the right:

6.2.1.To encourage the Employee for conscientious efficient work.

6.2.2. To require the Employee to fulfill the labor duties specified in this contract, respect the
property of the Employer and other employees, and comply with the Internal Labor Regulations.

6.2.3. To bring the Employee to disciplinary and material liability in the manner prescribed by
the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6.2.4.To adopt local regulations.

6.2.5. To exercise other rights provided for by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic,
local regulations.

8. WARRANTY AND COMPENSATIONS


8.1. For the period of validity of this contract, the Employee is subject to all guarantees and
compensations provided for by the labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, local acts of the
Employer and this contract.

9. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES


9.1.In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Employee of her duties specified in
this contract, violation of labor legislation, the Internal Labor Regulations of the Employer, other
local regulations of the Employer, as well as causing material damage to the Employer, she bears
disciplinary, material and other liability in accordance with the labor legislation of the Kyrgyz
Republic.

9.2. The Employer bears material and other liability to the Employee in accordance with the
current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

10. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT


10.1. This labor contract may be terminated on the grounds provided for by the current labor
legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

10.2. The day of termination of the labor contract in all cases is the last day of the Employee's
work, except for cases when the Employee did not actually work, but she retained her place of
work (position).

11. FINAL PROVISIONS


11.1.The terms of this labor contract are confidential and not subject to disclosure.

11.2. The terms of this labor contract are legally binding on the parties from the moment it is
signed by the parties. All changes and additions to this labor contract are formalized by a
bilateral written agreement.

11.3. Disputes between the parties arising from the performance of an employment contract are
considered in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

11.4. In all other respects that are not provided for by this labor contract, the parties are guided
by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic governing labor relations.

11.5. The contract is made in two copies, having the same legal force, one of which is kept by
the Employer, and the other by the Employee.
