For the meeting held on 11/12/2024 at 2:30pm at PVC


Site Office
1) Apartments:

 All the Exposed reinforcement steel of Slabs are to be rectified by giving


chemical treatment or alternate arrangements to be done.

 Steel is required for further slabs like – E, H, I & J – Blocks about 45MT.

 Carpenters has given quotation for doing works in A & F - Blocks has to be

finalized.

 We required Over head tank drawings of all blocks to take over the works at the
earliest incl. lift room & head room of stair case.

 Plumbing & Electrical drawings of each flats to be procured to start the works.

 Sanitary & Electrical fitting for each flats / Blocks to be finalized and flooring tiles

incl. wall Cladding Tiles.

 Required NDT Test for the all blocks slabs to check the strength of slabs.

2) Infrastructure:

 2nd Labour Shed and toilets Repairing work need to finalise and required

approval.

 Gate ACP

 Security Room plan and drawing need for approval.

3) Stores:

 25mm PVC Pipes required 1000nos required.

 2inch China nails 50kgs.

 Texture Bags 250nos.

 Steel Required 45MT (16mm – 10MT, 12mm – 10MT, 10mm – 10MT, 8mm –

15MT)

 Wall Mounted Fans required - 4nos (Staff Quarters Purpose).

 Single Cot with Beds – 06nos (Staff Quarters Purpose).


Work Progress Details in all Blocks from 05.12.24 to

11.12.24

1) Apartments:

 A – Block – External Wall Plastering Work is in progress, Extension of Shaft walls by


providing Reinforcement for Pin at Ground level is in progress and Texture Work is in
progress.

 B – Block – Wall Putty Works is in progress and Terrace Slab has been completed
yesterday (03.12.24).

 C – Block - Plastering Work in First Floor,


Brick Work in 4th floor
Electrical work in 1st Floor and 2nd Floor is in progress.

 D – Block – Bull Mark completed for Wall plastering. Present no work is in progress.

 E – Block – Brick Work is in progress at 4 th Floor.

 F – Block – Granite fixing on kitchen Platforms at 1 st floor is in progress.

 G – Block – Ground Floor wall putty work is in progress.

 H – Block – 1st floor Brick work is in progress.

 I – Block – Ground floor brick work and 2 nd Slab Centring work is in progress.

 J – Block – Brick work at Ground floor and petty works is in progress.

2) Infrastructure:

 Carpet Grass Laying and Plantation is in progress.

 Granite on planter boxes top laying work is in progress.

 Sitting table brick work completed and plastering work is in progress.

1 Apartments:

 Drawings Required:
 Over Head Tanks for all Blocks.
 Layout of all particulars on Terrace Slabs including screeding for water
flow.
 Sump Sleeves details By NRB Consultant.
 Plumbing Fittings for kitchen and toilets.
 All Blocks Storm water layout at Cellar Parking area.
 All blocks Structural drawings and General layout drawings. (Soft and
Hard Copies).
 All blocks Architectural drawings and AUTO CAD drawings.
 Kitchen tops and Corridor granite to be finalize for all Blocks.
 Toilets and Utilities – Non- skid and Wall Dado tiles for Washroom and
toilets.
 All the material which was got approval from M.D Sir has to be released
at the earliest especially Fish wire, Monoblocks Pumps, China nails,
Wooden platform, H – Section cross bracings, Safety Hazards, QC lab
equipment’s.
 Need Internet Access immediately for site Office.
