Here’s a structured guide to help you reach a competent level in your chosen tasks

by dedicating evening hours from 6 pm to 10 pm. Since your goal is to be competent

(about 100 hours for each task), this plan focuses on maximizing your learning in
manageable steps.

Weekly Time Allocation

Total Weekly Hours: 4 hours per evening x 5 days = 20 hours/week

Hours per Task per Week: Approx. 6–7 hours/task (rotating focus between tasks)

Week-by-Week Plan Outline

Weeks 1-2: Foundation Building

Monday to Friday:

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm: Task 1 – Focus on basics. Watch introductory YouTube tutorials,
take notes, and try to replicate simple examples.

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm: Task 2 – Repeat the same approach.

9:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Task 3 – Focus on the basics similarly.

Goal: By the end of Week 2, you should have a solid understanding of the
fundamentals and be able to perform basic operations in each task.

Weeks 3-4: Building Proficiency

Monday to Friday: Rotate focus each day (one task per evening)

6:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Deep-dive into a single task. Watch more in-depth videos and
read the user manual sections on specific features or techniques. Try more hands-on
practice.

Goal: By the end of Week 4, aim to complete small projects or practice exercises
without too much reference material.

Weeks 5-7: Practicing Independently

Monday to Friday: Continue rotating tasks with each session focused on applying
learned techniques.

Work on real-world scenarios or challenges, experiment with different approaches,

and start troubleshooting any issues independently.

Goal: Develop speed, reduce errors, and become comfortable enough to apply what you
know in practical settings.

Week 8: Competency Check & Reinforcement

Use this week to review any weak areas, revisit difficult concepts, and try mini-
projects for each task.

6:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Focus on mini-projects and simulate real-use cases for each
task.

Evaluate your progress, and revisit YouTube tutorials or manuals if necessary.

Goal: By the end of Week 8, you should be competent and able to handle each task
independently.

Key Tips for Success

1. Focused Practice: Dedicate full attention without multitasking. Take breaks if

needed.

2. Note-taking & Reflection: Write down key points after each session, especially
any problem-solving steps.

3. End-of-Week Review: Spend the last hour of each Friday reviewing and summarizing
the week’s learning.

4. Periodic Evaluation: Assess your understanding by trying new challenges without

guides or reference material.

If you follow this plan, you should reach competency in each task in about 8 weeks.
