The Commission conducted Paper- I (Computer Based Examination) & Paper –II
(Descriptive Examination) of Senior Secretariat Assistant/ Upper Division Clerk Grade
Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2020, 2021 & 2022 on 08.02.2024. The
above mentioned examination was conducted for the following Services/ Cadres:-

i. Railway Board Secretariat Clerical Service;


ii. Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical Service;
iii. Election Commission of India;
iv. Central Administrative Tribunal
v. Central Translation Bureau
vi. Central Passport Organisation, M/o External Affairs
vii. Soil and Land Use Survey of India, D/o Agriculture and Farmers Welfare
viii. Forest Survey of India, D/o Environment, Forest & Climate Change.

2. The result of Computed Based Examination for Senior Secretariat Assistant/ Upper
Division Clerk Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2020, 2021 & 2022
was declared by the Commission 15.03.2024 wherein 150 candidates qualified for
evaluation of Paper –II (Descriptive Exam) for the year 2022. Subsequently, result of Paper
II for short listing of candidates for evaluation of Service Records/ APARs was declared
on 04.07.2024 in which 112 candidates were declared qualified for the year 2022.
3. The final vacancy position for Senior Secretariat Assistant/ Upper Division Clerk
Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2020, 2021 & 2022 for the year
2022 is as follows
