Departmental Competitive Examination, 2018 & 2019: Declaration of
result of Descriptive Examination [Paper- II] for evaluation of Service
Records/ APARs – regarding

The Commission conducted Part-I (Computer Based Examination &


Paper- II) of Senior Secretariat Assistant/ Upper Division Clerk Grade Limited
Departmental Competitive Examination, 2018 & 2019 on 07.02.2024 for the
following Services/ Cadres:-

a) Railway Board Secretariat Clerical Service


b) Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical Service
c) Election Commission of India
d) Central Vigilance Commission
e) Central Administrative Tribunal
f) Central Translation Bureau
2. As per the Scheme of the Examination, the examination consisted of two
Parts: Part- I comprising of Paper-I (Computer Based Examination) and Paper-II
(Written Examination) and Part-II (Evaluation of service records). Scores of
Written Examination (Paper-II of Part-I) of only those candidates who qualified in
the Computer Based Examination (Paper-I of Part-I) would be considered for
short listing the candidates for further evaluation of Service records / APARs, i.e.,
Part- II of the examination.

3. Based on the cut-off fixed for Paper-II, the category wise details of
candidates provisionally eligible for evaluation of APARs are as given below:

Note- Candidates who applied under the OBC/ EWS category have been
considered against UR vacancies.

at UR cut-off has been shown under his/ her respective category.

qualifying at UR cut-off has been shown under his/ her respective category.

4. The list of the candidates is purely provisional and subject to their


fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective posts in the
Notice of the Examination.

5. The candidates may also check their individual marks of both the paper
i.e. Paper-I & II by using their Registration Number and Registered Password and
clicking on Result / Marks link on the candidate dashboard of Commission’s old
website i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.

6. The facility of accessing the Final Answer Keys along with respective
Question Paper and Marks will be available for the candidates for a period from
05.07.2024 to 20.07.2024. Candidates may take printouts of their respective Final
Answer Keys / Question Paper / Marks as the same will not be available after the
above-specified time limit.
