Greetings of peace!

I hope this letter finds you well. As we strive to improve the educational system in
our school, I, as the class adviser together with my 34 Grade IV pupils Section Jade
of Bayugan Central ELemantary School SPED Center initiates this letter to find ways
to achieve our Classroom Project which is the construction of our own Comfort Room
inside in our classroom . This initiative aimed at providing a more comfortable
classroom environment and securing a more safety and hassle-free classroom
facility. Although there are common Comfort Rooms for the grade IV pupils but it
cannot accommodate all day long for all the children of the same level and might
put them at risk for they needed to go out from their classroom just to pee or use
comfort rooms.

To make this project a success, we are humbly seeking support from generous
individuals and organizations like yours. We would greatly appreciate any donation
or contribution you can provide, whether in the form of monetary donations or in-
kind contributions. Your support will directly benefit our pupils, helping them gain
valuable skills and experience.
