Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to humbly request your assistance
and support in the implementation of much-needed infrastructure improvements,
specifically the construction of school waterways, drainage systems and
beautification projects which is scheduled on December 9, 2024.

Our school play a vital role in the education and development of young minds in
our community. However, the current state of our water drainage system poses
challenges, particularly during heavy rains, leading to flooding and inconvenience
for pupils, teachers, and staff. Additionally, enhancing the school’s environment
through beautification efforts will greatly contribute to creating a safe and
conducive learning space for our pupils.

We believe that your esteemed organization, known for its dedication to community
service and development, can significantly help us achieve these goals. Your
expertise and manpower will be invaluable in completing these projects efficiently
and effectively.

We would be deeply grateful if you could allocate personnel to assist with:

1. Construction of waterways and drainage to address flooding issues.


2. Beautification efforts such as landscaping, and setting up garden areas and
cutting and trimming of grasses within the school premises.

The collaborative efforts between Bethlehem Elementary School and your team
will not only address the infrastructure issues but also inspire the students and
community to work together for a better future.
