ABSTRACT

This study aimed to determine the relationship between Time Management and
Academic Succsess in Senior High School Students in Cambansag High School
during the First quarter of the school year 2024-2025. Using a correlational
quantitative research design, the study explored how students plan and organize,
and using time wisely where how can it affect their general average. A total of 33
Senior High School students participated by completing questionnaire that
measured from their practices of time management and academic success.The
results revealed that students generally received a extensive from two
dimensions (planning and organizing,usingtime wisely) with an overall composite
mean of 2.70, indicating extensive. In terms of academic success of respondents
during the first quarter was mostly described as very satisfactory with grade
ranging from 85-89.In the part of the relationship between the two variable the
computed r-value of time management and academic success is r- 0.47 which is
higher than the tabulated r- value of 0.3246 at a 0.47 level of significance. Thus
the null hypothesis is rejected. This implies that there is a relationship between
time management and academic success.
