Role Description

Aignosis is seeking a skilled AI Engineer with a strong background in machine learning and
MLOps to join our mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building,
deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models in production, ensuring that our healthcare solutions
are scalable, efficient, and impactful.

As an AI Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement
machine learning models, integrate them into applications, and ensure robust pipelines for
seamless deployment. Your expertise in MLOps will be instrumental in automating workflows
and maintaining performance in real-world use cases.

Qualifications and Technical Expertise:

Required Skills:

● Machine Learning Frameworks: Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or


similar frameworks.
● Programming Languages: Expertise in Python; familiarity with libraries like NumPy,
Pandas, and Matplotlib.
● MLOps: Experience with deployment tools like MLflow, TFX, or Kubeflow for model
management and production workflows.
● Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing AI
workloads.
● Version Control: Proficient in Git and GitHub/Bitbucket workflows.
● Database Management: Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) for data
handling and storage.

Preferred Skills:

● CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
● Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerizing and
orchestrating applications.
● Data Engineering: Knowledge of data preprocessing pipelines and feature engineering.
● Security Compliance: Familiarity with data privacy and healthcare regulations like
HIPAA or GDPR.
● Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA
or Trello.

Experience Requirements:

● Minimum 1 year of professional experience in machine learning and MLOps.


● A portfolio showcasing implemented AI/ML projects, including code samples and
documentation.
● Experience managing and deploying machine learning models in production
environments.
