SUB: WORK ORDER FOR SUPPLY OF 315KVA ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION.

Dear Concern,

We are pleased to issue the Work order for the supply of 315 KVA Electrical Substation at
DREAM SQUARE as per technical specification attached in your offer Ref: ADC/ASH-01
Dated 15 December 2024 under the following Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

01 Origin : HT, Transformer, L.T and PFI Panels will be manufactured in our
. factory located at south Banshbaria, Kumira, Sitakunda, Chittagong
and raw materials are imported from Europeans & Japanese origin.

03 Delivery Time : 04-08 weeks from the date of receiving work order along with advance
. payment or Letter of Credit opening.

04 Warranty : We warranty the goods of our supply against any defects in materials
. and workmanship during manufacturing for a period of 18 months
from the date of installation subject to non-repairing/dismantling
without our prior permission.

Scope of Work:

1. Site Preparation: Clearing and levelling the area for substation installation.

2. Substation Construction: Installation of the 315 kVA transformer, switchgear,


circuit breakers, etc.

3. Electrical Wiring and Cabling: Necessary wiring and cabling for the complete
electrical setup.

4. Testing and Commissioning: Testing the substation components and


commissioning for operational use.

5. Documentation and Handover: Providing as-built drawings, manuals, and other


necessary documents.
Payment Terms:

1. Advance Payment: 40% of the total project cost upon signing of the contract/work
order.

2. Progress Payment 1: 40% of the total cost upon at the time of Satisfactory
Inspection at our factory located at South Banshbaria, Kumira, Sitakunda, Chittagong

3. Progress Payment 2: 10% of the total cost upon successful testing and
commissioning of the substation within 15 Days.

4. Final Payment: 10% of the total project cost after the handover and acceptance of
the completed work.
