Executive Summary
Project description/ objectives.
For ages we have witnessed parents sacrificing their psychological health, dreams and
ambitions to take care of their little ones from birth to adulthood. Why? Because of the fear
of leaving their children with incompetent “strangers” or daycares that are sub-par. From the
design or layout, to the lack of ‘colorfulness', comfort, safety and security that children
require and possible impatient staff who are not up to a parents’ standard. After all, a parent's
heart will prioritize their child's wants and needs as they want to know that their babies are
getting the best of the best. Parents who work or study will strive to provide and be
independent and they deserve to be assured that their kids are safe, happy and content. So
with your little blessings in mind, we bring to you Little Charms Daycare, Playgroup and
Homework Club, to meet the needs of parents.
Worried about the staff? We have that covered, as partners we will only be the
owners, but as parents, we will also serve as the operators and management of the entity. This
partnership entity serves to facilitate children from three months to twelve years of age. In
our warm, yet colorful and spacious environment, we opt to facilitate up to sixteen babies;
with a four to one ratio. Cradles, indoor swing sets, slides and mini ball court are just a few
mentioned amenities. It is conveniently located in Newtown, Enmore, so that parents of over
fifteen villages have access to our comfortable home away from home.
Our facility offers a wide range of affordable programs for children that includes, but
not limited to; language development, arts and craft, daily hygiene lessons and much more.
For the munchkins below twelve months old, we offer excellent parental care for babies as
well as a safe, secure and hazard free environment for all kids. And to top it off, we have
surveillance systems that are available to parents, so that they can check on their little ones at
any time, with the use of an app that will be installed into their phones. Little Charms
Daycare, Playgroup and Homework Club is one that you can depend on, trust and rely on.
We know that in this pandemic times, parents are scared about leaving their kids. However,
with you and your loved ones in mind we installed sanitizing stations at the entrances. We are
determined to provide a quality service to parents and the best care for your babies and
children at an affordable cost.

Marketing Plan
In order for the owners of CoPal’s Daycare, Playgroup and Homework Club to fully envision
and understand the target market of their business, they chose to study the practices of other
businesses that excel within the professional child care and provision space. Notes were taken
by the creators about the wants and needs of prospective patrons and their offsprings, how to
handle and cater to the children and how to communicate with everyone involved in order to
create healthy connections with the people the business serves.

ranges that we supervise, we aim to be a home away from home. To accomplish this, we play
games that help children to become more comfortable with socializing, sharing and being

developing minds, nap time, story-telling, introduction to early childhood learning, after
school lessons, toys and games, introduction to online learning and viewing of educational
material suitable for the child's ago demographic and help with homework.
Below is a break-down of just a few:
 Education- Storytime and ABC’s for toddlers, as well as essential homework time and
assistance for pre-school and nursery school-age children with the use of Abeka Child
kit books for specified ages. Coloring and painting to develop motor skills,
educational videos during screen time such as; CocoMelon’s sing-along and shows
that have teaching aids like ‘Word World’ that would teach toddlers about word
pronunciation, colors, friendship and respect and much more.

 Safety- In the ‘Terms and Agreement” document, an area for “pick- ups” will be
outlined, where parents will have to bring a picture and a copy of Identification card
for individuals who are authorized to uplift children that are not that child’s parents,
toddlers proof locks on cabinets, drawers, indoors and outdoors surveillance systems
will be used, and parents will have access with the use of a app.

 Nutrition- parents are encouraged to bring prepared meals for their child and healthy
snacks such as fruits, healthy snacks and fresh juices. A snack case will be made
available with substitutes are also in place for children with allergies. As a childcare
service provider, we aim to make life easier for the parents by giving them that
opportunity to grab their dreams and independence, as well as care for the children
without sacrificing their enjoyment of childhood years.
Opportunities for growth

All these initiatives can bring in more revenue, increase in our good will and attract more
parents to our packages. It provides the children the opportunity to learn while their parents
are working and can hardy help in this area. Because of its convenient location, the business
stands to gain more customers since roads to and from villages passes by the site of
operation.
Competitor Analysis

Direct Competitors in and around the vicinity of Enmore are very scarce. There are only two
(2) well-known institutions and those are as follows:
 Jolly Sailors Daycare and Nursery
 Blooming Sunflowers Daycare and Playgroup
Both aforementioned facilities offer services that cater to parents, grandparents and
relatives of children from infancy to early childhood. They offer feeding time, playtime, story
time and indoor activities to the children in their care due to their existence in fully enclosed
structures. Catering to experienced, working parents and the older generations; both
institutions open at 07:30 and closes at 05:00. The pricing for Jolly Sailors Daycare and
Nursery is in the premium range, while Blooming Sunflowers Daycare and Playgroup
remains in the medium range. These two enterprises specialize in dealing with younger
children below the stage of middle childhood.
While these services are in the same market space as Little Charms Daycare, Playgroup and
Homework Club, they fall short in many instances such as catering for parents who have an
earlier time to report to their jobs, including children in the stage of middle development,
providing early education engagement, outdoor activities to stimulate the sense of their wards
and keeping in mind, the parents/guardians who return from late shifts.
Options exist to keep children at home or to send them to the houses/ place of
dwelling of their relatives. These options are available to parents; however, that decision to
do such does not provide the peace of mind, security and the educational push start that most
kids require. Being cared for along with other children at a young age is rewarding to
children as they learn how to socialize with children their age and learn about boundaries,
how to recognize and heed social cues etc.
Providing service that is second to none is our aim and we are competent, active
participants who take pride in the service we shall provide. _____ has at their disposal, lots of
outdoor space to facilitate outdoor activities, sectioned, spacious areas for children of certain
age groups to learn how to cooperate and socialize, trained teachers onboard to assist with the
provision of sound beginner and intermediate lessons for children of all levels in attendance,
proper supervision, day dates and holiday events with provision for parents along with
flexible working hours that cater to most circumstances all at an affordable, unbeatable price.
