Login through Website

1. Browse to the portal via http://portal.dmes.ae/


2. Login to the portal by inputting the Username and Password received.
3. This is the home page after login.

On the left-hand side, you will find a dashboard or side menu where you
have several options, such as accessing report cards, attendance, and
other key features.
Communication Module:

This module facilitates communication


between parents and teachers. Parents can
send messages to specific teachers, and they
can also view and reply to messages sent by
teachers. It provides a streamlined way for
both parties to stay in touch and discuss
student progress or other school-related
matters.

•Select “Send Message’’


•Fill in the Details: Enter the recipient’s details, subject,
and your message content.
•Click on "Send Message": message will be sent
successfully.
Library Module:

The Library Module lets parents stay updated on


their child's library activities.

Key features include:

•Current Holdings: Parents can view the books and


materials their child has checked.

•History: A detailed record of all books previously


borrowed by their child.
Complaint/Suggestions Module:

The Complaint and Suggestion Module


provides parents with a platform to share their
feedback and concerns with the school.

•Click on the "New Complaint" Button.


•Fill in the Details.
•Save the Complaint or Suggestion.
Achievement Reports Module

The Achievement Reports Module


provides a comprehensive view of a
child’s academic extracurricular
accomplishments.

Parents can view and download the


report.
Financial Status Module

The Financial Module allows parents to manage and


monitor their child’s school-related financial information.

Key features include:

•Statement Overview: View a detailed summary of all


charges, fees, and payments related to school activities,
including tuition, transportation, and other services.

•Payment History: Access a complete record of all past


payments made.

•Remaining Balances: Easily see any pending fees or


balances that need to be paid.
Weekly Plan Module

The Weekly Plan feature helps parents stay


updated on their child’s academic and
activity schedule for the week.
• View all assigned homework for the
week, ensuring parents are aware of tasks
that need to be completed at home.

•Parents can see the classwork and in-


class activities their child will be involved
in throughout the week.

•Highlights any upcoming tests, events, or


deadlines to help parents plan accordingly.
Report Card Module

The Report Card Module allows parents to easily


access their child's academic performance.

Key features include:

•View Report Cards: Parents can view their child's


report cards for each term.

•Download Report Cards: Report cards can be


downloaded directly from the portal, enabling parents
to save or print copies for their records.
The School Clinic Module provides parents with important information about

their child’s health and medical interactions within the school.

•Parents can view their child’s visits to the


school clinic and any treatments provided.

•Access updates regarding vaccinations,


health checkups, and other medical
requirements.

•Parents can receive reports of any incidents


or accidents that occurred during school, with
details of the actions taken by the school
nurse.
Attendance Module parents to keep track of their child's attendance effectively

Display a summary of attendance


for each child, including status
(present, absent, late), and any
notes or reasons provided.
To provide parents with comprehensive insights into their child's conduct, including
conduct Module
merits, demerits, and overall behavioral performance.
To provide parents with comprehensive information and updates
Bus Service Module
regarding their child's bus transportation.
To provide a detailed and organized view of the class schedules for students,
Time Table Module
ensuring parents are well-informed about their child's daily and weekly Classes.
To allow parents to schedule appointments with teachers for discussions
Teacher Appointment Module about their child's progress, behavior, academic performance, or any other
related information.
To allow parents to input and track their child's COVID-19 test
Covid Test Module
information for health and safety monitoring.

To monitor and manage the consumption of cafeteria services by students,


Cafeteria Consumption Module
providing insights into their food choices and spending.

Registration Module To streamline the process of registering a child for school, including
necessary documentation and personal information.

To allow parents to view and manage their profile information.

To allow parents to securely log out of their account when they


have finished their session.
Login through the Mobile APP

Simply click on the link below to be directed to the mobile application

Mobile App is available in


App Store and Play Store in
the name “iCampus Mobile”.
Login to the iCampus Application with the following credentials provided by the School

the app are
