Pre-requisites Assessment:
Introduction:
1. time frame a student is expected to finish in learning the lesson (and where to contact the teacher when concerns arise).
The students will be given 4 hours to accomplish this lesson. The student can contact the teacher through the following platforms -Facebook Messenger, LMS, email/Hangout
2. the knowledge (RUA) the student is expected to gain from learning the topic/lesson
The student can
● Discuss the relationship of his/her different aspects Holistic Development to evaluate one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
● Determine the classification of various developmental skills and tasks appropriate for the middle and late adolescence in preparation to adult life
● Demonstrate the ways to become responsible adolescent by acknowledging one’s development
3. Context where the student is going to apply his/learning (In what PAA/EFAA and personal use?)

Each person has the capacity to grow and to develop himself/herself. This also includes the understanding of oneself on the changes a person may experience either it
is psychological, physiological, mental, social, and spiritual.

Chunk 2: Concept of Thoughts, Feelings, and Behavior using Cognitive Behavioral Theory (Albert Ellis and Aaron Beck)
Formative question: How do we demonstrate the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in actual life situations?
Synthesis: The teacher will ask the students what they were thinking before, during and after reading the materials or listening to the discussion.

B. Adult Interview
For the students who are preparing for their adult life responsibly, they will conduct an interview of the people they admire the most.
