2024 2025 PHASES ACTIVITIES AUG SEP OCT NOV DEC JAN FEB MAR APR MAY JUN 1. Review of historical data and forecasts of the magnitude of threats from the Intelligence community as a basis for the conduct of relevant community affairs and development activities relative to 2025 NLE and BARMM Parliamentary Elections particularly in the identified Special Geographic Areas of the country. Conduct of coordination, and consultative meetings among key players and stakeholders through the RJSCC. 1. Maximum media presence through TRIMP from the national down to local levels to widely disseminate pertinent information to the general public regarding the security preparations and operation Implemented by the PNP throughout the election period. 2. Swift and synchronous media response of PNP Commanders at all levels in the event of the occurrence of ERIs through synchronized communication amongst PNP public information officers (PIOs). 3. Sustained stakeholder engagements, community engagements, and community organizations shall be undertaken at the barangay level. PERFORM 4. Involve coordination meetings and stakeholder engagement through the Regional Joint Security Control Center (RJSCC). 5. Involve the conduct of election-related peace activities such as peace covenant signings among candidates, interfaith rallies, peace dialogues, peace caravans, and unity walks among others. 6. Involves the development and employment of power messages to influence behaviors of the specific target audiences such as the adversarial (hostile behaviors), passive public (neutral an uncommitted behaviors), and active public (cooperative behaviors).
