Project Proposal: Starlink Satellite Internet Solutions for Schools, Private

Resorts, and Barangay Government.

1. Introduction

In today's fast-paced world, reliable internet connectivity is crucial for educational institutions,
private resorts, and government offices to stay connected and operate efficiently. This project
aims to provide high-speed internet services using Starlink devices to cater to the specific needs
of schools, private resorts, and barangay government offices. With the increasing demand for
reliable internet solutions, our proposal seeks to address this requirement by offering a
comprehensive and cost-effective package.

2. Project Objectives

The primary objectives of this project are as follows:

a. To offer high-speed and reliable internet connectivity solutions to schools, private resorts, and
barangay government offices.

b. To enhance the digital capabilities of educational institutions, private resorts, and local
government units, thereby fostering improved communication, learning, and administrative
processes.

c. To generate revenue through the rental and sale of Starlink devices and associated services.

3. Project Overview

The proposed project will entail the following key components:

a. Starlink Internet Services: We will offer residential and mobile internet plans to cater to the
needs of different target clients. The residential internet package will be priced at 2,800 pesos per
month, while the mobile internet package will be available at 3,400 pesos per month.

b. Starlink Device Sale: For clients who prefer to own the Starlink devices, we will offer them
at a one-time price of 30,000 pesos per device.

c. Rental Services: To provide flexibility to our clients, we will offer a rental option for the
Starlink devices at a monthly fee of 1,500 pesos per device.

d. Installation Services: We will charge a one-time installation fee of 3,200 pesos per device,
ensuring seamless integration and setup of the Starlink devices at the clients' premises.
4. Target Clients

The main target clients for this project are:

a. Schools: Educational institutions often struggle with stable internet connections, hindering
online learning and communication. Our proposal aims to equip schools with reliable internet
services, facilitating improved access to educational resources and enabling smooth virtual
classrooms.

b. Private Resorts: Tourists and visitors expect seamless internet connectivity during their stay
at private resorts. Our internet services will enhance the overall guest experience, providing
high-speed internet access for entertainment, work, and communication needs.

c. Barangay Government Offices: Local government units require consistent internet

connectivity for efficient administrative functions, communication with constituents, and access
to online government services. Our proposal will cater to these needs, ensuring smooth
operations for barangay government offices.

5. Revenue Model

The revenue for this project will be generated through the following channels:

a. Monthly Subscription Fees: Subscriptions to the residential and mobile internet plans will
serve as a recurring source of revenue.

b. Starlink Device Sales: Selling Starlink devices to clients who opt for ownership will provide
a one-time revenue boost.

c. Rental Fees: Monthly rental fees for the Starlink devices will contribute to the ongoing
revenue stream.

d. Installation Charges: Charging an installation fee for setting up the devices at clients'
premises will add to the project's revenue.

7. Timeline (optional)

The project timeline is as follows:

 Month 1-2: Market research and feasibility analysis

 Month 3-4: Setup of infrastructure and resources
 Month 5-6: Website development and online presence
 Month 7-8: Marketing campaigns and client outreach
 Month 9-10: Commence service rollout and installations
 Month 11-12: Monitor performance, gather feedback, and make improvements
8. Budget

An estimated budget of 1.1 million pesos will be required for the successful implementation of
this project. This budget will purchase StarLink devices, personnel salaries, and initial device
procurement.

9. Conclusion

The proposed project aims to provide top-notch internet connectivity solutions to schools, private
resorts, and barangay government offices using Starlink devices. By addressing the specific
needs of these target clients, we seek to enhance their operations, improve communication, and
foster a digitally empowered community. The diverse revenue streams and strategic marketing
approach will ensure the project's success and profitability.

Financial Statistics Data for 6 Months of Operation with 50 Target Clients:

1. Revenue:

a. Monthly Subscription Fees (Residential):

 40 clients * 6 months * 2,800 pesos/month = 672,000 pesos

b. Monthly Subscription Fees (Mobile Internet):

 10 clients * 6 months * 3,400 pesos/month = 204,000 pesos

Total Revenue from Subscriptions: 648,000 pesos + 198,000 pesos = 846,000 pesos

2. Starlink Device Sales:

a. Residential (10 devices sold):

 10 devices * 32,000 pesos = 320,000 pesos

b. Mobile Internet (5 devices sold):

 5 devices * 32,000 pesos = 160,000 pesos

Total Revenue from Starlink Device Sales: 320,000 pesos + 160,000 pesos = 480,000 pesos

3. Rental Fees:

a. Residential (30 devices rented):

 30 devices * 1,300 pesos/month * 6 months = 234,000 pesos

b. Mobile Internet (5 devices rented):

 5 devices * 1,300 pesos/month * 6 months = 45,000 pesos

Total Revenue from Rental Fees: 270,000 pesos + 45,000 pesos = 315,000 pesos

4. Installation Charges:
a. Residential (40 installations):

 40 installations * 3,400 pesos/installation = 136,000 pesos

b. Mobile Internet (10 installations):

 10 installations * 3,400 pesos/installation = 34,000 pesos

Total Revenue from Installation Charges: 136,000 pesos + 34,000 pesos = 170,000 pesos

5. Total Revenue:

Total Revenue = Total Revenue from Subscriptions + Total Revenue from Starlink Device Sales
+ Total Revenue from Rental Fees + Total Revenue from Installation Charges

Total Revenue = 846,000 pesos + 450,000 pesos + 315,000 pesos + 170,000 pesos = 1,781,000
pesos

6. Operating Expenses:

a. Internet Services Fee: 846,000 pesos

b. Marketing Expenses: 10,000 pesos

c. Personnel Salaries (installation Fee and activation Fee): 90,000 pesos

Total Operating Expenses: 846,000 pesos + 10,000 pesos + 90,000 pesos = 946,000 pesos

7. Net Income:

Net Income = Total Revenue - Total Operating Expenses

Net Income = 1,781,000 pesos - 946,000 pesos = 835,000 pesos

8. Profit Margin:

Profit Margin = (Net Income / Total Revenue) * 100 Profit Margin = (835,000 pesos / 1,781,000
pesos) * 100 ≈ 46.01%

Note: The financial statistics provided above are based on the assumption of stable operations
and consistent subscription payments for the 6-month period. Actual financial performance may
vary based on real-world factors and market conditions.
