1. Introduction

This document describes how to import Text or label from a CSV file into HTZ vector layer.

What is a vector layer?


Vector layer is a file with .VEC extension used by HTZ to manage and display vector information such as
Lines, Polygons, points and labels. This layer doesn’t interfere into RF propagations or predicts but can be
used during post processing to establish statistics and other relevant analysis.

What format should the CSV file be?


The CSV can be comma or semicolon delimited and it needs to include the following minimum information:
• Comment
• Long
• Lat
More information can be added such as:
• Address
• Info1
• Info2
