General Condition
a) The technical standards for wireless
equipment for wireless stations that can be
established without reporting shall apply to
wireless equipment according to Article 7,
Paragraph 5 and Article 7, Paragraph 7,
Subparagraph 2.
b) The rated voltage shall follow Annex E. The
antenna gain and test terminal shall follow
Annex F.
c) In the case of devices that use multiple
identical modules (including antennas),
testing may be performed on only one
module. However, it shall be confirmed and
recorded in the test report that it is the same
module.

1. Connect the test device to the spectrum analyzer and operate it in modulated mode.
2. Set the spectrum analyzer as follows to optimally adjust the frequency accuracy.
3. Set the center frequency of the test device to the center of the spectrum analyzer
and hold the maximum value (max hold).
4. Measure and record the peak value of the signal displayed on the spectrum analyzer.
5. Move the marker to a higher frequency side and measure the frequency of -X dB
more than the value measured in 4. and record this as 𝐹𝐹_𝑚𝑚𝑎𝑎𝑥𝑥.
6. Move the marker to a lower frequency side and measure the frequency of -X dB more Center frequency Carrier Frequency

Testing methods for each item of conformity assessment of wireless devices using frequency hopping
spectrum spread method

a) References [5] Technical standards for un-licensed device, applies to wireless


equipment according to Article 7, Paragraph 7.

b) Rated voltage shall follow Annex E of this standard (Application of rated voltage of
wireless equipment according to Article 25, Paragraph 4 of the Enforcement Decree of
the Radio Act). Antenna gain and test terminal shall follow Annex F of this standard
(Application of antenna gain and test terminal of wireless equipment according to Article
25, Paragraph 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Radio Act).

c) If the radio format is the same and the transmission data rate is different depending on
the modulation method, the test shall be conducted at the maximum transmission data
rate.
