Attendance policy framework:

The requirement:
● Atleast one GBM must be attended out of total GBMs conducted
● Atleast two out of total vertical meetings must be attended per semester

If failed to meet the requirement:


● GBM: If a member misses more than two consecutive GBMS, they will be issued a
warning and any GBM they fail to attend after they are liable to be penalized
● ( Assessing the persons situation in this case if they plead so can be considered, after
viewing thier overall participation in other society matters )

Vertical meeting:
● If a member misses more than three vertical meetings in a semester they will be given a
warning
● Hereafter any missed vertical meetings next semester will be considered based on their
situation and may be liable for penalization.
