Directions: Study this problem. Organize the data using a line graph. (With parents’ assistance)

 Nancy and her friend Mackie sold their egg harvest in 5 days. On the first day, 30 dozens of eggs were
delivered to MC Store. 10 dozens were carried to Triple A Store by the following day. Both 25 dozens of
eggs were sent to Luz Store and Lucky Store.
Interpreting Data Presented

COMPETENCY:
Interprets data presented in different kinds of line graphs (single to double line graph)

CONCEPT:
• A line graph has a title, information on the x-axis (horizontal axis) and
information on the y- axis (vertical axis). It is (also known as a line plot or line
chart) is a graph which uses lines to connect individual data points that
display quantitative values over a specified time interval.
• A double line graph is a line graph with two lines connecting points to show a
continuous change. ... The x-axis of a double line graph shows the occurrences and
the categories being compared over time, and the y-axis represents the scale.
• Interpret means explain the meaning of (information, words, or actions).
