Interest
● Build curiosity by highlighting key features that set the product apart:

Desire
● Create emotional appeal and show benefits that resonate with the audience:

customer relationships.
Sales promotion includes coupons,
contests, cents-off deals, and premiums
that attract consumer attention and offer
strong incentives to purchase, and can be
