Week 1 Grocery List

Proteins:

- Salmon: 600g

- Lamb: 600g

- Prawns: 600g

- Eggs: 12 large eggs

- Chicken Breast: 300g

- Greek Yogurt: 400g

Carbs:

- Sweet Potatoes: 1.5kg

- White Rice: 600g (cooked)

- Potatoes: 800g

- Bananas: 5 medium bananas

Fats:

- Avocado: 7 medium

- Mixed Nuts: 60g

- Cheese: 120g

- Olive Oil: 5 tbsp

Vegetables:

- Spinach: 400g

- Broccoli: 200g

- Zucchini: 200g

- Bell Peppers: 300g

- Carrots: 100g
Week 2 Grocery List
