Developing creative and skills. locomotor skills in sequences B.) Learners are able to use movement skills in a sequential manner and with growing proficiency. C.) Learners are able to move with synchronization and control, utilizing space in various ways and varying your speed and force of motion.
Activities planned: Assessment:
A.) Teachers introduces the Were learners able to perform the activity learning objectives by on instruction in a sequential manner, by explaining that the lesson utilizing their space with different speeds by helps to develop learners’ using their basic movement skills? movement skills such as hopping, galloping and running, and to develop their understanding of moving well at different speeds and in different spaces.
B.) Ask learners to walk
slowly about the movement space on their tiptoes and, on the sound of a clap, to make a wide shape, pretending they have wings to fly. Repeat this activity, asking learners to change the levels on which they make their wide, wing shapes (to medium and low).
C.) Learners perform a
variety of locomotor skills using different directions to make floor patterns (e.g. walking on tiptoes in zigzag pathways). Ask them to imagine they are travelling in the sky, jumping from cloud to cloud and turning when the wind blows.
D.) Learners move freely about the
space at a medium speed and when you give a signal, they ‘freeze’ and hold a shape that they think would be a strong one. Emphasising different body parts (e.g. hands, arms, legs, back and head). Ask learners to repeat the travels, moving in slower or faster ways. Learners will have experienced to share space and equipment, sharing space and equipment, as to take turns and to cooperate individuals and in groups, at home with others. and in play activities outside school. D.) Learners develop E.) They will also have a basic understanding of how to share understanding of how to move safely space and equipment, and how in different ways about the space. to work together in small and larger groups
Activities planned: Assessment:
E.) Explain that the lesson Were the learners able to share the ball in helps them to learn how to the same space while taking turns and share space as they move and cooperating to complete the course? also how to share equipment such as a ball and jungle gym space.
F.) Ask learners to pair up in
groups of two, one learner will be instructed to begin their journey through the jungle gym holding the ball. They will be asked to stop at a stationary point in the obstacle course. Their partner will then begin the course and take the ball to the next stationary point. This involves sharing the equipment and space to ensure they complete the course.
