ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT: League of Elementary Educators (LEAD) for the month of August

Date: August 14, 2024

Location: Audio-Visual room, Davao de Oro State College- Maragusan Branch

Event: General Assembly

INTRODUCTION:

This report details the successful execution of the League of Elementary Educators (LEAD) 1st General
Assembly, marking the start of the A.Y. 2024-2025. This assembly aimed to establish a strong foundation
for the organization, fostering a sense of community and setting the stage for future educators.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

 ELECTION OF ORGANIZATION OFFICERS


- The assembly successfully elected new LEAD officers, ensuring a smooth transition of
leadership for the upcoming academic year.

 FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
- The treasurer’s report provided a clear and transparent overview of the organization’s
financial fostering trust and accountability among members.

 CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS PRESENTATION


- The presentation of the LEAD Constitution and By-Laws provided a comprehensive
understanding of the organization’s guiding principles and operational framework.

 LAUNCHING OF FREE PRINTING SERVICES


- The assembly also witnessed the launching of a valuable initiative which is the free
printing services for all BEED students. This service is expected to significantly benefit
students and to contribute to their academic success.

FUTURE PLANS:

(1) SUPPORTING MEMBERS


- Providing ongoing support and resources to all BEED students, ensuring their academic
and professional development.
(2) COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
- Engaging with the wider community through outreach initiatives and collaborative
projects.
(3) ADVOCACY AND LEADERSHIP
- Promoting the value of elementary education and empowering future educators to
become effective leaders.

CONCLUSION:

The 1st General Assembly of the League of Educators was a successful one, establishing a strong
foundation for the organization’s future journey. The LEAD is committed to providing valuable support
and resources to its members, fostering a vibrant community of aspiring elementary educators.
