executing loading/unloading work or erection work at height

Whether emergency training (mock drill) conducted related to fall of person,


23 lightning, high winds etc. imparted to all workers and staff involved at work at
height

Whether entry and exit record of third party personal (maintenance) available

especially for tower crane, lightning arrestor work
Whether electrical hand gloves and discharge rod inspected through relevant

checklist and evident

Whether provisions of PVC apron with hood, water spray, steam jet etc. are
