. EXPOSURE .
Recruitment, Selection & Retention:
✔ Managed a team of recruiters for Processing of Recruitment in Sourcing, Screening, Short listing of Profiles from Job
Portals, Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Preliminary rounds, Scheduling Technical interviews with Top Management
and HOD's.
✔ Collecting Feedback from Panel Members, Finalising the Positions with HOD's, Salary Negotiations and taking approvals
from the top level management.

Monitoring overall Induction & Onboarding, Joining formalities & Settlement Process:
✔ Taking Induction Session for the New Senior & Middle level entrants in the Organization, Ensured induction of all

documentation etc. and providing required information
✔ F&F Settlements of resigned Employees, Complete the same within 5 working days from the date of h/t over and clearance.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefit Management:
✔ Verify Time & Leave Management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll according to the
schedule, Generating Payslips and forwarding them to employees.
✔ Manage regular preparation of relevant MIS reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
(gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.)
✔ Managing payroll processing function while designing, implementing and administering payroll policies and procedures to
ensure accurate and timely compliance with statutory obligations.
✔ Developing and maintaining documentation and controls for all payroll related activities and procedures; serving as the
main contact all payroll related issues
HRIS Management:
✔ Managing the team (Shared Services & HR) for maintaining & updating Employee’s Database & personal records, Verify &
Process record data of each employee for Gratuity, Mediclaim, Insurance, Visa, Labour Card and Passport details.
✔ Updating & promoting the Company Policies & Procedures through HRIS System, check for timely updation of Time
Management & Leave Management in the System.(SAP, Oracle & Folklore HRIS)
Statutory Compliances:
✔ Strict adherence and compliance with the provisions of various labor legislations (Shops Act, EPF, ESI, Contract Labour
Act, PT etc.,) Registrations & Renewals, Liaison with Labour Dept. & local Govt. authorities.

Mediclaim Management:
✔ Managing Mediclaim reimbursement claims, responsible for Full and Final settlements of the Mediclaim process of
corporate client’s employees,
✔ Addition and deletion of employees under Mediclaim monthly basis, maintaining track of all pending claim cases and
ensuring the closure of the same within TAT. Coordinating with TPA’s for resolution on pending cases.
