WEDDING SCRIPT:

MOSA: Good Day everyone and Welcome to the celebration of the couple’s big day, we want to
request everyone to please settle down and to those people at the back who don’t have yet seats,
may you find a place that will make you cozy and comfortable. For we will start in a minute.

(Situational)

APRIL: While our set of entourages are still preparing for the processional, on behalf of Joel and Jat,
let me grab this opportunity to thank all of you for joining us in this momentous celebration. We are
so honored and privileged to be invited to take part in this wedding ceremony and witness the union
of Joel and Jat as they become one especially at this time that the number of guests is limited. It
means its an “intimate” wedding celebration so, if you were chosen to be the guests of our newly wed
couple, you are very dear and special to their hearts. I am hoping ALL of you will stay Until the end of
this celebration. So ladies and gentlemen! thank you so much for coming today.

HOST’S INTRO SPIEL:


MOSA: God is love and in some unexplainable ways drawn two people together in love. Today, love
has triumph and has manifested in the lives of Joel and Jat. Today, we have witnessed the promise
sanctified and blessed by the mighty source of love – Jesus Christ.

APRIL: We welcome all of you to this banquet. This is a festivity of union. Two separate individuals
have found each other, tie the knot to become one – we therefore have to celebrate.

A very pleasant day everyone!

I’m April and ( and I am Aprilyn) and we are so very honored to be your host of today’s celebration, of
the joining of the hearts of our couple.

ENTRANCE OF THE COUPLE:
MOSA: And finally, Ladies and Gentlemen, the very reason why we are all gathered here today. May I
request everyone to stand up as I introduce the newlyweds.

APRIL: Without further ado, it is with distinct pleasure as we present to you the newlyweds,

TOGETHER: Mr. & Mrs. Joel and De Oca.!

APRIL: Let us give them a warm round of applause.

Wow! Congratulation’s to the couple!

Yes! Indeed, congratulations to the couple, whom by God’s grace reached this moments in their lives.

Ikaw partner, have you been inlove? – woow, that ‘s great! So how’s the feeling of being inlove with
me? Hahahaha!

Anyways, again.. congratulations to the couple., it is evident in everyone’s expression the excitement
to meet the couple who just became one.

BRIDAL DANCE/DANCE WITH PARENTS:


(Once the couple are in their respective seats and everyone has settled down)
MOSA: This time let us brace ourselves and witness the “FATHER AND DAUGHTER” dance.
May I request the father of the bride Mr. Joseph Cuenca to dance with her daughter.
(After the Bride and the groom)
APRIL: Requesting also the groom to dance with your mother.

FORTUNE DANCE:
APRIL: Ladies and Gentlemen, find your purses and wallets, its now time for our money dance where
you will get your chance to financially bless our couple.

(After the Dance)

MOSA: Thank you all for your generosity that will indeed go a long way for the couple.

SLICING AND SHARING OF THE CAKE:


We would like to request the couple to please proceed on to the area where the cake is:

APRIL: The cake is a symbol of a happy married life that the couple would enjoy from this day forward.
Let us pray that joel and will continue to share the sweetness of love, that they will continue to live
together with their hearts pure of joy in serving the Lord as husband and wife.

TOSSING OF WINE:
MOSA: The wine that the couple is about to share is a representation of life’s adversities. Life indeed
is not a bed of roses, as Joel and drink the wine, they affirm their pledge of loyalty and fidelity even in
the most trying times of their married life. Let us pray that during these moments, they will cling to no
one but to the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the very foundation of their love.

PRAYER BEFORE MEAL:


APRIL: Well, I guess the food is now ready and dinner will commence shortly. And may we call on
Ptr.___________________ to say a word of prayer for our food.
EACH TABLE PICTORIAL WITH COUPLE AT STAGE BEFORE GOING TO BUFFET:
Before we dine Each table has the pictorial with couple at stage before the buffet meal.

So, let us start with table # 1, etc.

DINNER:
MOSA: We are now at the peak of our celebration. This is the most awaited part. We will just pause
for a while from these entertainment and savour the food that have been served. Enjooy lunch!

(Observe Health Protocol- Wear your face mask) Not to be crowded let’s have picture taking per table
after which you may go to the buffet area) Please observe social distancing.
