* Notification of Terminal and departure time of Umrah Pilgrims:

and Palembang (PLM) routes to Jeddah (JED) and Medina (MED) have changed, namely:
1. Jakarta (CGK) - Terminal International 2F Gate 5
2. Surabaya (SUB) - International Terminal 2
3. Makassar (UPG) - International Terminal Gate 7 and 8
4. Palembang (PLM) - International Terminal
5. Jeddah (JED) - Terminal Haji King Abdulaziz International Airport
6. Medinah (MED) - Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport International Terminal
It is expected that each passenger arrives at the check-in counter a maximum of 6 hours before departure.

Effective 1 December 2024: The following types of baggage that include as Free Baggage Allowance:

3. Medical equipment
4. Musical instrument
5. Other baggage that not exceed the dimension of 35 x 35 x 30 cm
Note: included if package in the form of cardboard or Styrofoam, etc
Effective 1 December 2024: The following types of baggage are not included as free baggage allowance if the baggage
is more than of 35 x 35 x 30 cm:
1. Baggage in the form of cardboard
2. Baggage in the form of styrofoam
3. Baggage in the form of wooden pallet
4. Baggage in the form of container box
5. Baggage in the form of sack
6. Other baggage not included in the type of Free Baggage Allowance category
Note: above provision does not apply for special baggage packaging
Above type of baggage will be applied as Excess Baggage, with minimum payment of 5 Kg EBT (if the weight less than 5 Kg)
or it can be transported using cargo services.

* Penumpang Batik Air dapat menggunakan earphone pribadi untuk menikmati hiburan selama penerbangan.
* Lion Air Group tidak akan memberikan kompensasi atau penggantian dalam bentuk apapun jika penumpang
ketinggalan koneksi pesawat transit dari dua tiket airline yang berbeda/yang diluar Lion Air Group.
* Dilarang memasukkan barang-barang berharga (kamera, laptop, ponsel, perhiasan, dokumen berharga dan uang) ke dalam
bagasi yang diserahkan. Bila terjadi kehilangan barang-barang berharga, menjadi tanggung jawab penumpang sendiri.
* Pemberitahuan Terminal dan jam keberangkatan Jamaah Umrah:
Mulai tanggal 01 Agustus 2024, penerbangan Lion Group dari rute Jakarta (CGK), Surabaya (SUB), Makassar (UPG),
dan Palembang (PLM) menuju Jeddah (JED) dan Madinah (MED) mengalami perubahan, yaitu:
1. Jakarta (CGK) - Terminal 2F Internasional Gate 5
2. Surabaya (SUB) - Terminal 2 Internasional
3. Makassar (UPG) - Terminal Internasional Gate 7 dan 8
4. Palembang (PLM) - Terminal Internasional
5. Jeddah (JED) - Terminal Haji Bandara King Abdulaziz International Airport
6. Medinah (MED) - Terminal Internasional Bandara Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz
Diharapkan setiap penumpang datang melapor ke check-in konter maksimal 6 jam sebelum keberangkatan.
