About the Organization

At Honda Cars India Ltd., we believe in three joys, namely, the joy of buying, the joy of selling and the joy of
creating, to inform, engage, and inspire. Dedicated to providing optimum quality vehicles and lifelong
maintenance of the same to ensure longevity of cars and customer satisfaction.

The Honda group is renowned worldwide for its commitment to environmental protection, safety, and societal
conservation. Honda Cars India Limited (HCIL) aims for an eco-friendly environment and has achieved
certification for its Greater Noida and Tapukara plants. Honda continuously seeks to enhance the environmental
performance of its manufacturing processes, products, and supply chain. The company identifies environmental
impacts and devises strategies to mitigate them across these areas.

We aim to engage with brand enthusiasts and a new generation of customers by highlighting Honda's values of
providing innovative and futuristic technology products. Each Honda car is designed with superior customer
experience in mind, helping people improve their lives now and in the future. Honda is committed to meeting
and exceeding customer expectations.

Our campaign concept is deeply rooted in customer insight. Honda understands that before purchasing a car,
people undergo a thorough exploration and evaluation process. They are filled with anticipation, reviews,
comparisons, and recommendations. This exploration extends beyond buying to include service, ownership, and
maintenance. Customers have high expectations from brands.

Honda promises to go the extra mile to ensure every journey with a Honda is a joy and delight for its customers.
This commitment goes beyond driving, engineering, and the cars themselves. It encompasses every aspect of
the ownership experience. Honda meets all expectations, delighting customers at every touchpoint throughout
their relationship, hence "A Honda Goes Beyond."

Organizational Philosophy

The Three Joys:

1. The Joy of Buying

The joy of buying is achieved by providing products and services that exceed each customer’s needs and
expectations.

2. The Joy of Selling

The joy of selling happens when those involved in selling and servicing Honda products build
relationships with customers based on mutual trust. Through these relationships, Honda associates,
dealers and distributors experience pride and joy in satisfying customers and representing Honda.

3. The Joy of creating

The joy of creating occurs when Honda associated and suppliers involved in designing, developing,
engineering and manufacturing Honda products see the joy in customers and dealers. This joy arises
when quality products exceed expectations, leading to a sense of pride in a job well done.

Company Policy

With a global perspective, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality at reasonable prices to
ensure customer satisfaction worldwide.

Fundamental Beliefs

Respect for the Individual

1. Initiative
Initiative means not being bound by preconceived ideas, but thinking creatively and acting on your own
initiative and judgment, while understanding that you must take responsibility for the results of those
actions.

2. Equality
Equality means recognizing and respecting individual differences and treating each other fairly. Our
company is committed to this principle and to creating equal opportunities for everyone. An individual's
race, gender, age, religion, national origin, educational background, and social or economic status have
no bearing on their opportunities.

3. Trust
The relationship among associates at Honda should be based on mutual trust. Trust is created by
recognizing each other as individuals, helping out where others are deficient, accepting help where we
are deficient, sharing our knowledge, and making a sincere effort to fulfill our responsibilities.

Management Policies:

1. Proceed always with ambition and youthfulness.

2. Respect sound theory, develop fresh ideas, and make the most effective use of time.
