1.MODERN VEHICAL TECHNOLOGY

1.1.INTRODUTION :

Welding is a fabrication process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by

using high heat to melt the parts together and allowing them to cool, causing fusion. Welding
is distinct from lower temperature metal-joining techniques such as brazing and soldering,
which do not melt the base metal.
In addition to melting the base metal, a filler material is typically added to the joint to form a
pool of molten material (the weld pool) that cools to form a joint that, based on weld
configuration (butt, full penetration, fillet, etc.), can be stronger than the base material (parent
metal). Pressure may also be used in conjunction with heat or by itself to produce a weld.
Welding also requires a form of shield to protect the filler metals or melted metals from being
contaminated or oxidized.
Welding works by joining two materials together without a separate binder material. Unlike
brazing and soldering, which use a binder that has a lower melting point, welding joins the
two workpieces directly together. Understanding this difference is key to understanding
welding and why it’s preferred for durable, long-lasting construction.

1.Automatic High Beam Control

Most modern cars developed by leading companies such as Volkswagen, Toyota, and
Hyundai have a framework that automatically lights up when it starts getting dark and dims
high-beam headlights when they sense an oncoming vehicle.

2. Predictive technology
Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence play a crucial role in the future of the
automobile industry. They make driving a fun and adventurous activity. Most car
manufacturers are making use of algorithms that mechanize how the vehicle is set up and
incorporate the vehicle’s infotainment framework.

Predictive technology has been used for many decades by meteorologists chiefly for weather
and climatic forecasting and prediction. With time, this concept came to be used to study
customer behavior and forecast supply and demand in economic statistics. Data from
previous studies is used to predict the patterns likely to occur in the future.

3. AUTOMATIC LIFT GATES

Most modern vehicles don’t require a lot of energy on your part when it comes to the liftgate.
All you have to do is walk towards the rear of your vehicle with your keys on your hands.
The vehicle will sense it and open itself automatically. This feature is extremely important
when your hands are fully loaded. The Ford Escape has made use of this piece of technology.

4.Biometric seat

This technological innovation allows drivers to effectively manage their

disturbances while driving thus enhancing the modern automotive performance.
The biometric seat technology makes use of the driver’s palms and face to
obtain information on the driver’s anxiety levels. The vehicle will then instruct
the driver to take short breaks when needed.

5.Cruise control
At times, driving can be a boring and unpleasant activity, especially when done
for a long period with no break. With versatile cruise control, your worries will
be eliminated. Cruise control makes use of sensors which control the speed of
your vehicle automatically. This means that you won’t have to change gears or
heat the break every single time.
