[ First & second estate raises their hands]
You all get 2 votes. It is decided. Taxes will NOT be lowered.

Third Estate: We are no longer part of this. We are making our own national
convention!

[Near the Palace of Versailles]
Background 1: Your Majesty, the people have gathered around the palace in protest
of equal rights, food & freedom. WHAT DO WE DO!!!!!!
Louis XVI: This is quite a revolt, isn’t it, minister.
Background 1: No. This is a revolution.
[Marie Antoinette rushes in]
Marie Antoinette: WHAT IS HAPPENING!!
Background 1: They are starving.
Marie Antoinette: Let them eat cake.
Background 1: That won’t suffice, milady.
[Jacobin 1 & 2 Rush in]
Jacobin 2: GET THE KING & QUEEN!!!!!!!!!
Background 1: Quick your majesty, go through this secret passage & escape!
[Jacobins find the king and queen]

[On the road, in a carriage]
Louis XVI: I hope we don’t get caught.
Marie Antoinette: Mhm. [Playing with her hair]
[The backround 1 sees them]
Backround 1: I’ve seen you 2 before somewhere.
[Long Pause]
Marie Antoinette: No you haven’t.
[Backround 1 glares at them & lights up]
Backround 1: Oh, yeah!!!!! You’re the king & queen!!!
Backround 1: wait… you’re leaving our country. ARREST THEM!
[Backround 2&3 Takes the king & queen away and puts them in jail in paris.]

Act 4:
[The national convention]
Girondin 1: The king is a strong leader. You ungrateful lot the Jacobins can’t
comprehend his power
Jacobin 1: He tried to betray his country!
Girondin 2: But as our traditional ruler, we should let him stay.
Jacobin 2: Ok so now I’m just going to make you guys mysteriously disappear and
replace you with my supporters, ok?
[Backround 2&3 Drag the Girondins offstage and take their place.]

[All non (!) Characters gather Near The Scaffold]
[Robespierre takes the stage with a shackled king louis]
Robespierre: Our king has betrayed us! By Decision of the National Convention &
the Committee of Public Safety,
[They Bow]
Robespierre: Today the king shall be executed!!
[Crowd Cheers]
[The Drums Play as the king goes to the scaffold]
King Louis: (Indistinctly)I…Forgive My (Indistinctly) Enemies…. (Indistinctly)
[He Is Executed]

Act 6:
[The Scaffold]
[2 Soldiers Meet Robespirerre]
Robespierre: Well, Citizen Raphael, you have been caught talking about anti –
revolutionary ideals, being a Cristian, following the normal calendar, calling other
people Monsieur, and supporting the king.
Soldier 1: Wha…
[Gets Executed]
Robespierre: As for you, you can go.
[Soldier 2 runs away]
George Danton is brought to the scaffold.
Robespierre: Why, its my friend George. What Brings you here?
George: This isn’t right!
Robespierre: Well I don’t think I should execu- WHAAT??? Promoting Anti
Revolutionary – Thoughts. You don’t like our Ideas, eh? TO THE GUILLOTINE!!!
[George Gets Executed]
Raghav: The revolution only leads to more violence. I Wish we could go back to the
king.
[Robespierre Walks into audience and pulls Raghav out]
Raghav: WHAT DID I DO???!! LET ME GOOOOOO!!!!
Robespirerre: Yoou’ve been charged by speaking against the revolution. IF YOU LIKE
THE KING SO MUCH, YOU CAN MEET HIM. IN HELL!!! Tooo the guillotine!
[Raghav Gets Executed]
